Research On Aggressive Defense In The Fourth Championship Of The Nineteenth China University Men's Basketball League

Research purposes: The purpose of this study is to systematically sort out the offensive defense situation of the 19 th men's basketball tournament in the top four.To grasp the development status of offensive defensive techniques and tactics of contemporary Chinese men's basketball team,and summarize the characteristics and development rules of offensive defensive techniques and tactics of Chinese campus basketball.It provides theoretical reference for the development of campus basketball and promotes the development of campus basketball.Research methods: This paper takes the offensive defense situation of the nineteenth China University Men's Basketball League Championships as the research object.The main research methods are literature,observation,interview and mathematical statistics.The results are as follows:(1)The match situation of the fourth-best match of the 19 th China University Men's Basketball League.On June 12,2017,the 19 th China University Men's Basketball Championship was held in Changsha Vocational College of Civil Affairs.In the semi-finals,Peking University and Zhongnan University defeated their rivals Tsinghua University and Zhejiang University respectively.In the end,Peking University won the19 th Chinese Men's Basketball Championship over Zhongnan University.(2)The four teams have the following characteristics in the use of offensive techniques:(1)predictability.The ability of defensive players to read matches is enhanced,especially the prediction of the opponent's attack mode and attack route,as well as their familiarity with the habitual movements and attack modes of key players.(2)ferocity.Defenders take the initiative to attack forward,frequent physical contact,increased confrontation,from the tight defense of players with the team to the strictdefense of players without the team,even fouls.(3)Flexibility.According to their own physical conditions and technical characteristics,defensive players can adopt flexible and changeable defensive techniques to improve the quality of defense through such tactics as transposition,co-defense,pinch,complementary defense and so on.(3)The four teams have shown high accomplishment in the use of offensive tactics.Firstly,the traditional tactics such as man-to-man defense and regional defense are more skilled,and the cooperation between players is more tacit;secondly,the more complex defensive tactics such as full-court tight man-to-man defense and mixed defense can be used more skillfully in matches;thirdly,the players' ability to read matches is further enhanced,and a variety of defensive tactics can be synthesized in the defensive process.Combined use.Research conclusions:(1)The top four teams showed high defensive intensity throughout the season.In defense,we can reasonably use defensive techniques such as grabbing,interrupting,digging and pressing,make use of physical confrontation,foot movement and fierce pressing to defend the attackers with or without balls,showing foresight,fierceness and flexibility,taking into account "man-area-ball",and constantly adjust our defensive position according to the position of opponents,balls and baskets.At the same time,the number of fierce fouls in the confrontation has also increased to a certain extent,and the proportion of offensive shooting is equal to that of offensive basketball players.This also reflects the increased defensive strength of the non-team players,defense is more aggressive and aggressive.The overall improvement of defensive data is an important indicator of athletes' defensive ability.(2)The top four teams of the 19 th China University Men's Basketball League have shown a high level in offensive defensive technology,and the players have shown strong defensive ability.It is an important technical index for improving defensive ability to contain opponents' fast-break scores adequately.After a season,the four teams have shown a
