Athletes' career management is to take the process of athletes' professional sports training as the beginning of their professional career,to carry out professional consultation and guidance,on the one hand,to stimulate athletes' interest in their own career and professional motivation,On the other hand,through organizing career management,we can help athletes establish a good professional attitude,improve the level of career decision-making,so that athletes can establish a correct view of career stage.The process of successfully realizing the convergence and transition of all stages of a career,thereby better combining social needs,family life needs and personal values.Through the methods of literature investigation,interview,questionnaire survey,situation analysis and mathematical statistics,this study investigates the sports career management in Guangdong Province.This paper mainly studies the present situation of organizational career management of athletes in Guangdong Province,the present situation of self-career management of athletes in Guangdong Province,the strategy of organizational career management of athletes in Guangdong Province,and the self of athletes in Guangdong Province.Career management strategy research and so on.The conclusions of the study are as follows:The main contents are as follows: 1)the outstanding problems of career transformation expected by active athletes in Guangdong Province are mainly manifested in the transition to rely on organizational arrangements.the athletes think that the main problems in the competition for future employment are academic qualifications,vocational skills and cultural knowledge.2)in the aspect of career management of athletes' organization in Guangdong Province,for active athletes,each sports team can basically actively encourage athletes to participate in vocational skills training and encourage athletes to carry out cultural education;However,there is a lack of specialized institutions or individuals to provide athletes with career planning information,so as to better provide athletes with personal career assessment.It is suggested that Guangdong athletes' career planning plan should be formulated and implemented,the auxiliary system of Guangdong athletes' career planning should be established,and the Guangdong athletes' career planning and development fund should be established.3)in the aspect of self-career management of athletes in Guangdong Province,athletes pay more attention to the factors of relationship level.the government and management departments should actively guide athletes to carry out self-career design and planning and formulate career development plans.In order to achieve career development goals.
