Since the historical and geographical reasons,the “direct transition nationalities” area has been closed for a long time.In the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,the backward economic and cultural development level of the “direct transition nationalities” has become an important task for capture the problem.In recent years,through the vigorous development of taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation,the economic and cultural level of the “direct transition nationalities” region has been greatly improved,but at present,it has become a roadblock in the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects on schedule.Among them,in order to achieve real poverty alleviation and block intergenerational poverty,poverty alleviation through education is of vital importance.In order to improve the local education situation,the training of rural teachers in the “direct transition nationalities” region has been mentioned to an unprecedented height.Based on the background of targeted poverty alleviation,this study collects materials through field research and uses grounded theory research methods to explore the supply and demand of rural teacher training in the “direct transition nationalities” area of Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Region,and to analyze the supply and demand docking status,existing problems and causes.The analysis and countermeasures were put forward for the matching of supply and demand of rural teachers in the “direct transition nationalities” area,in order to provide reference for the effective development of rural teacher training in the “direct transition nationalities” areas of China.This study consists of five main parts:Firstly,it expounds the origin of the research;defines the core concept;combs the relevant literature;analyzes the purpose,significance and difficulty of the research;introduces the research ideas and research methods used in the research.Secondly,it analyzes the general situation of the Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Region in the area of “direct transition nationalities” and its regional particularity.Thirdly,sorted out the status of the supply of rural teachers training in the “direct transition nationalities” area of the Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Region was.Fourthly,it pays full attention to the challenges faced by rural teachers in the “direct transition nationalities” areas under the background of targeted poverty alleviation,and analyzes the current situation of training needs of rural teachers in the “direct transition nationalities” region of the Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Region.Through the analysis of the interview data and the existing text data,the explicit demand of the current rural teacher training is extracted,and the hidden demand arising from the development of national policies,society and schools is deeply explored.Fifthly,it analyzes the situation of the balance of supply and demand of rural teachers in the “direct transition nationalities” area of Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Region and its causes,and finds that there are many problems in the current supply and demand of rural teachers in the “direct transition nationalities” area,including: training opportunities are in short supply,incorrect docking of trainees;exist deviations in training content;special needs are not being addressed;Training methods are not suitable.Lastly,based on the above analysis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to balance the supply and demand of rural teachers`training in "direct transition nationalities" areas,suggests strengthening the reform of the supply side structure of training,accurately identifying training objects,accurately judging training needs,improving the guarantee mechanism of teachers' education and training,promoting the construction of county teachers`training system,launching school-based research and training,and guiding the transformation of rural teachers,in terms of ideology,vigorously promote the balanced docking of supply and demand for training of rural teachers in “direct transition nationalities” areas.
