Advanced Research On The Construction Of New-type University Think Tanks With Chinese Characteristics

A high-level think tank is the concentrated embodiment and important symbol of a certain country and a region's soft power.With the rapid development of global economic integration,think tank products play an increasingly significant role in the formulation of government policies.The university think tank plays a very important role in the history of think tank construction.New think-tank with Chinese characteristics in colleges and universities is the necessary direction of Chinese colleges and universities,a think-tank,appeared in the process of its construction.However,many of the problems,hindered the further development of our universities,a think-tank.Therefore,this paper,as the research object,tries to deal with those problems and countermeasures of the construction of new type university think tanks with Chinese characteristics,in order to provide some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and development of University think tanks in China.On this basis,this paper,under the guidance of policy process theory,governance theory,pluralism and elitism theory,makes a comprehensive study on the construction of a new type of university think tank with Chinese characteristics by means of literature analysis,comparative analysis and interdisciplinary analysis.Firstly,this paper discusses the concept and characteristics of think tanks and new-type think tanks with Chinese characteristics in colleges and universities,then introduces relevant theories,and systematically sorts out the historical course and development status of new-type think tanks with Chinese characteristics in colleges and universities.Secondly,the problems in the construction of think tanks in colleges and universities and the underlying reasons are deeply analyzed.Thirdly,the experience of the construction of think tanks in universities in the United States,Britain and India is respectively summarized to provide reference for the solution of problems in the construction of think tanks in universities in China.Finally,guided by the theory of public management,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,namely,enhance the consciousness of the characteristics of new university think tank construction,build the Shared new think-tank with multi-level network,strengthen the new socialization of think-tank achievements promotion mechanism,change the think tank itself mechanism,stimulate the internal vitality,and strengthen the cultivation of new college think-tank outstanding talents,etc.
