In November 2003,the State Administration of Sports officially approved E-sports as one of the 99 formal sports events to the Jakarta Asian Games in 2018,and achieved good results of two gold and one silver.With the great development of e-sports,Esports are more and more popular with the masses,and the status of E-sports is constantly improving.With the development of e-sports,more and more attention has been paid to its impact on mental health.Many reports have questioned whether esports,as a new sport,can promote the development of mental health just like other sports.Based on the theory of fluent experience,this paper studies the relationship between fluent experience characteristics and mental health,the relationship between fluent experience characteristics of physical exercise and mental health,and the comparison between them by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Explain the relationship between E-sports and mental health,and provide a theoretical basis for further guiding college students how to correctly conduct e-sports.Through the analysis and processing of questionnaire data,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)College students' E-sports behavior can get a smooth experience.With different gender,different majors and different frequencies as grouping variables,college students have a fluent experience in e-sports.There are significant differences between different genders of University Students' smooth experience.The smooth experience of male students is higher than that of female students.Because male students are more rational than female students,and the finger reaction of male students is more flexible than that of female students.The love of E-sports is generally higher than that of female students,and the feeling of game experience gained from it is also better than that of female students,so the smooth experience of male students' E-sports is higher than that of female students' e-sports.The smooth experience of competition.There is a significant difference in the fluency experience among college students with different frequencies.With the increase of the frequency of electronic sports,the fluency experience also increases.The reason is that the increase of the frequency of electronic sports can improve the proficiency of college students in electronic sports operation and the muscle memory of fingers in electronic sports technology,so it can improve the fluency experience of electronic sports.There is no significant difference in fluency experience among college students of different majors.(2)College students' E-sports behavior promotes mental health at a certain frequency.When students of different genders,majors and frequencies are used as grouping variables,they can promote mental health,but there is no significant difference.The reason is that the mental health of E-sports is related to the fluent experience.According to the regression analysis of the correlation between E-sports and mental health,it can be seen that the characteristics of E-sports fluent experience are positively correlated with the positive emotion and cognitive ability dimensions,and negatively correlated with the slowing down negative emotion dimensions.When the fluent experience of Esports is enhanced,the enhancement of mental health neutralizes the mental health.Weakening,the mental health of E-sports will not increase with the enhancement of Esports smooth experience.(3)E-sports behavior is easier to get smooth experience than physical exercise behavior.Under the same gender,college students participating in E-sports have higher experience of fluency than those participating in physical exercise,because boys are more active and active than girls,good at games,and have stronger ability to accept new things,so they can get more fluent experience.At the same frequency,the fluent experience of E-sports is significantly higher than that of physical exercise,because the electronic equipment used in E-sports requires less space and weather than that used in physical exercise,and the learning cycle is short.It can be quickly mastered and encouraged after the competition.Therefore,E-sports behavior is easier to obtain the fluent experience than physical exercise behavior.(4)Physical exercise behavior has a better impact on mental health than e-sports behavior.Under the same gender and frequency,the mental health of college students who participate in physical exercise is higher than that of college students who participate in e-sports.The reason is that the smooth experience of physical exercise behavior is positively correlated with the positive emotions of mental health characteristics,slowing down negative emotions and cognitive ability.The smooth experience of sports is positively correlated with the positive emotions and cognitive ability of mental health characteristics,and negatively correlated with the slowdown of negative emotions of mental health characteristics.The phenomenon is that the mental health of college students who take part in physical exercise can better promote the mental health than that of college students who take part in e-sports.
