The International Tennis Federation(ITF)has deeply investigated the loss of tennis beginners due to its technical characteristics and site factors,which limits the popularization and popularization of tennis in the world.Tennis Play & Stay came into being in 2007.With its unique charm,tennis is favored and sought after by contemporary college students.However,because of the difficulty of tennis learning,students' enthusiasm for tennis has been hit.In addition,how to effectively stimulate students' interest in tennis,how to arouse students' motivation in tennis,how to promote students' all-round development,and how to exert the maximum efficiency of sports in tennis teaching.This is the university tennis public sports tennis class facing a great test.Through the research on the application of fast tennis teaching theory in college public sports tennis teaching,the author provides the practical basis for popularizing the tennis Play & Stay teaching theory in the university public sports tennis teaching.At the same time for the future scholars to study fast tennis to provide reference and reference.In order to explore the teaching results of tennis Play & Stay teaching theory in public sports tennis class of colleges and universities,this paper adopts the methods of literature,teaching experiment,expert interview,etc.The methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics are used to explore the teaching theory of fast tennis.The subjects of the experiment were the students of the public sports tennis class of Grade2016 of Yunnan normal University.From the second semester of the academic year from 2017 to 2018,two classes of tennis were randomly selected as the experimental class and the control class to carry out the comparative teaching experiment.There are 30 students in each class,a total of 60 students.The experimental class adopts the fast tennis teaching theory and the control class adopts the traditional tennis teaching method.Before the experiment,the students' physical quality,tennis technical standard and actual combat ability,tennis skill movement evaluation,students' tennisclassroom evaluation,students' participating motivation and students' social adaptability were tested.The statistical results show that there is no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in these six test items,which meets the requirements of teaching experiments.In the course of teaching experiment,two classes carry on teaching experiment according to different tennis teaching method teaching design,through the 16 weeks32 hours teaching experiment intervention,after the experiment carries on the contrast analysis to the experimental class and the control class six aspects.The findings are as follows:(1)There was a significant difference between the sensitive quality of the experimental class and the sensitive quality of the control class after the experiment(P <0.05).There was no significant difference(P> 0.05)between the experimental group and the control group after the explosive force of the lower limb,the starting speed of 5 m and the movement speed of 20 m,but the test results of the physical quality of the experimental class were all better than that of the control class.(2)The difference between the test results of the bottom line and the test result of the actual combat ability and the test result of the control class was very significant(P <0.01).In other words,after the experiment,the bottom line of the experiment class is the standard achievement,and the performance of the bottom line anti-hand achievement and the actual combat ability is obviously superior to that of the lower thread of the control class after the experiment,and the score of the bottom line anti-hand achievement and the actual combat ability achievement;There was a significant difference(0.01 <P <0.05)between the experimental group and the control group in the post-service achievement and the standard test results.(3)After the experiment,the students of the experimental class are evaluated by the bottom line of the tennis technical action evaluation,the bottom line anti-hand technical action evaluation,the net pre-cutting technical action evaluation,the service technical action evaluation of the test scores between the test results of the technical items and the control class,There was a very significant difference(P <0.01),which was higher than that of the control class in the experimental class.(4)The difference between the class participation,the teaching method and thelearning initiative of the experimental class students in the evaluation of the tennis class is very significant(P <0.01),that is,the class participation and the teaching method of the experimental class in the classroom evaluation.The results of the three dimensions of learning initiative were significantly better than that of the control class,and there was a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in both the classroom effect and the interest culture(0.01 <P <0.05).In other words,the results of classroom effect evaluation and interest training in the classroom evaluation are obviously better than that of the control class.(5)There was a significant difference(P <0.05)between the four dimensions of the motivation,the motivation,the value of the motivation,the four dimensions of the emotional experience motivation and the control class of the students after the experiment.That is,the results of the four dimensions of the experiment class in the motivation of the participation of the tennis,the motivation of the knowledge,the motivation of the value and the motivation of the emotion experience are obviously superior to that of the control class;There was no significant difference(P> 0.05)between the experimental class and the control class in the external factors participating in the motivation dimension.That is,there is no difference between the experimental class and the control class in the external motivation of the tennis.(6)The difference between the two dimensions of self-evaluation and the control class was very significant(P <0.01).In other words,the learning adaptability and self-evaluation of the students in the experiment class are obviously higher than the control class in the two aspects of the self-evaluation;in the interpersonal communication and the character adaptability,There was a significant difference(0.01 <P <0.05)between the experimental class and the control class in the four dimensions of environmental adaptability and physical symptoms,that is,the interpersonal relationship and the adaptive ability of the experimental class in the social adaptation.The results of the four dimensions of environmental adaptation and physical symptoms were significantly higher than that of the control class.There was no significant difference(P> 0.05)between the experimental class and the control class in the two dimensions of self-adaptive ability of self-care and self-care,that is,the adaptive ability of the experimental class and the control class in the socialadaptation.There is no significant difference in the performance between the two dimensions of self-adaptive capacity.The conclusion is that the theory of tennis Play & Stay teaching respects the leading position of teachers in the teaching of public sports tennis in colleges and universities,the main position of students in teaching,the full exertion of students' subjective initiative,and the use of games.To learn the technical action of tennis,to provide students with real sports and emotional experience,to cultivate students' interest in tennis,to cultivate their consciousness of lifelong sports,to stimulate students' motivation to participate in tennis,and to improve the students' physical quality.Tennis skills and competition ability,social adaptability.Promote students' all-round development,lay a good foundation for the future,make students become competent,moral,educated,disciplined sports participants.The experiment proves that the teaching theory of tennis Play & Stay should be used reasonably in the teaching of public sports tennis in colleges and universities according to the actual situation.
