Objective:Weightlifting is the tradition advantage project in our country,the clean and jerk is the second action in weightlifting competition,its success or not directly impacts the total results.The clean and jerk technique research for the men's weightlifting athletes of our country provides the theory reference for coaches and athletes through the real-time feedback and assessment in their training,and provides the theoretical basis while creates the criterion for the real-time feedback and evaluate software,meanwhile,it builds the foundation for the real-time diagnose and real-time feedback technologies and achieve the aim of real-time feed back in weightlifting.The research meets the requirement for the coaches and athletes who desire to get the real-time feedback for rapid diagnosis and evaluation in clean and jerk.Methods:The paper uses a real-time feedback and evaluation system which base on Kinect technology.Using real-time three-dimensional kinematic data collection methods,mathematical statistics,literature,expert interviews,collected the attempt results for all levels 132 athletes who use split Jerk the during the 2014 National Men's Weightlifting Championships,and research the best results in three attempts.Results:Through researching the barbell's height,velocity,the displacement of horizontal direction and trajectory in clean and jerk,then find out the key criterions in weightlifting targets.Meanwhile build the regression model through creating the power of bar,the maximum velocity of bar and the maximum height of bar,it points the weightlifting's kinematics features and regulation.Conclusions: 1.The relative height is 59.6±2.7% while bringing the barbell up to the chest meets the bar's maximum height.In inertia rising stage,the relative height that barbell reaches is 12.0±2.9%.The fall distance of bar is the 18.4±2.6%for the height of athletes.In the relative height of barbell force point and barbell velocity maximum,there are significant differences at all levels.2.The relative height is 94.7±1.8% while the jerk arrives the bar's maximum height.In inertia rising stage,the relative height that barbell reaches is 13.7±1.6%.In the relative height of barbell force point and barbell velocity maximum and the fall distance of bar,there are significant differences at all levels.3.The relative depth of bar is 10.3±2.0%,in pre squat process,the velocity of bar is 0.85±0.08m/s.4.The velocity of bar is 1.18±0.10m/s in bringing the barbell up to the chest.The maximum velocity of bar is 1.31±0.10m/s,the velocity of bar in force point of jerk is 1.16±0.12m/s.The maximum velocity of bar has no obvious difference at all levels.5.The paper builds the One-Place Linear Regression Equation about maximum height of bar with athlete height and height of athlete height with force point which base on the 132 athletes.Unitize the regression equation can conjecture the athlete has the require condition which can finish the attempt,it is right or wrong for the force moment.After testing the regression equation,it is useful(p<0.01)and can be applied in actual training.
