The sled towing resisted training is one of the most frequently used methods for sprint training.But there is no agreement on the problem to choose the best load of sled towing resisted training,through the literature material law,expert interview,and experimental method,mathematical statistics research methods to study the effect of different load of sled towing resisted sprint training on sprint ability in teenagers,to explore the best range of training load.32 male middle school students as the experimental subjects(age: 15.13±0.76,weight: 60.67±3.87 kg,height: 177.89±3.51cm),6 weeks of experimental intervention(2 times/week,1.5 hours/day).The control group(n=8): without resistance;Group 1(n=8): 8% body weight resistance;group 2(n=8):12% body weight resistance;Group 3(n=8): 18% body weight resistance.30 meters sprints test,vertical jump,standing triple jump test before and after the experiment,at the same time using high-speed cameras filmed for kinematic data.Results :(1)sled towing resisted training with 8% body weight and 12% body weight are better than unresisted sprint training and training with 18% body weight in improve 30 meters sprint speed and the output of lower body power.(2)sled towing resisted training with the range of 12% body weight and 18% body weight can relatively most effectively improve the speed of the early stages of 30 meters(0 to 6 m);The range of 12% body weight of sled towing resisted sprint training can relatively most effectively improve the sprints speed of the first half of 30 meters(0 to 18 m);8% body weight of sled towing resisted training can more effectively improve the sprint speed of 18 to 30 m.(3)sled towing resisted training with the range of 12% body weight can more effectively increase the angle of torso leaning,hip,knee in the end of push.Conclusions:(1)sled towing resisted training within 8% body weight and 12% body weight can improve 30 meters sprints speed and the output effect of lower body power in male middle school students.(2)if conditions permit,choose the sled towing resisted training within the range of 12% body weight and 18% body weight for improving the speed of the early stages of 30 meters(0 to 6 m);The range of 12% body weight of sled towing resisted sprint training for improving the sprints speed of the first half of 30 meters(0 to 18 m);8% body weight of sled towing resisted training for improving the sprint speed of 18 to 30 m.(3)sled towing resisted training with the load of 12% body weight can improve the kinematics index of sprint.
