Education is the foundation of the country and the teacher is the foundation of the education.On the way to the modernization of education,factors such as quantity,quality and distribution of teacher resources have become an important indicator to measure the degree of education modernization.At present,the state,society and even families pay more and more attention to talents and education.However,teacher resources,especially the high quality teacher resources,are scarce and unbalanced,etc.<The national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)>,"clearly points that we should promote balanced development of the compulsory education,and narrow the gap between school-school gap,urban-rural gap,regional gap.On this background,more and more people are actively exploring ways to promote the balanced development of education.Certainly teachers who are the main body of education is the key of the research.Since 1999 when we the first time proposed to promote the rational flow of teachers,more than a dozen documents that are about teachers' rotational exchange came out.The teachers' rotational exchange has become a hot spot.Teachers'rotational exchange not only narrow the gap between teachers and teachers,and promote the development of compulsory education,but also strengthen the building of teachers themselves and promote the professional development and re-development of teachers.But on the one hand the teachers' rotational exchange emphasizes the instrumental value of education and ignore the individual value.On the other hand there exist deviations between policy logic and practical logic.So the teachers' rotational exchange cannot achieve the ideal effect in real situation.Based on policy environment and reality of the teachers' rotational exchange,and from the perspective of teachers' identity,the core difficulty of the teachers' rotational exchange exists in the teachers' identity transition.This paper tries to find out the difficulties and ways from "unit identity" to "system identity".According to this guidance,the paper selects the Foshan city,Guangdong province and Zhanjiang as samples.Starting from the implementation status of teachers' rotational exchange,analyze the relations between the teachers' rotational exchanges and identities' change.And find out the crux of teachers' rotational exchange and finally find the way that transform teachers' identity from "unit identity" to "system identity".The paper is composed of six parts.The first part is "introduction".First of all,introduce background of the topic and significance of this article;Then,write the related literature at home and abroad,and explain and expatiate the core concept and theory of this article;And then summarize the research's framework and research's methods;Finally,expound the innovations and shortcomings of this article.The second part is "to build the teachers' identity theory".This part defines the"identity","identity of teachers" and so on.And analysis the influence factors of teachers'identity change.Also,build the teachers' identity formation,development and transformation.And reveal the relationship between teachers' identity and rotational exchange.The third part is "two empirical studies of two regions in Guangdong province".In order to exploring the relationship and problems between teachers' identity and rotational exchange,the author analyzes these problems from the teachers' cognitive status,rotational exchange factors data.The fourth part is "the multiple difficulties that are transforming from "unit person "to" system person".There are four aspects:the teachers' professional identity,unit identity,station identity and group identity.The fifth part is "there is a variety of measures to solve the problems".Based on the above,we can find out four ways to solve the problem and finally ensure the smooth operation of teachers' rotational exchange.The sixth part is "conclusion".This section summarizes the full text,and analyses the deficiency of this article,and puts forward prospect for further research.
