Objective:To analyze and study the effective methods and design schemes of women's beach volleyball players during winter training.Significance:To provide effective method and theoretical guidance for the strength training of the sand platoon athletes during the next winter training.Methods:This study mainly used the test method to test the body composition index,,and strength quality related indicators of the subjects before and after the winter training,and collected and collated relevant data for comparative analysis.Results:Body composition index,body fat,muscle content,left and right limb asymmetry of athletes before and after winter training were all significantly different(P<0.01);Force strength indicators vertical jump touch height,bench press(maximum strength),semi-paralysis(maximum strength),pull-ups,abdominal bridge have significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusions:1)The training program for winter training before the National Women's Beach Volleyball Team' s National Games uses the traditional linear strength training week to conduct an overall training arrangement to effectively develop the strength of the athlete' s preparation period.2)The Bayi Women's Beach Volleyball Team uses a 3+1-structured small cycle to develop muscular endurance during the winter training before the National Games,and uses a 5+1 structure to develop maximum strength and explosiveness.The effective combination of the two small cycles solves the problem of distribution between strength training and other training content in the Winter Training for the Bayi Women' s Beach Volleyball Team,ensuring a good delay effect of strength training and.avoiding the transition fatigue caused by strength training.3)The Bayi Women's Beach Volleyball Team' s winter training before the National Games' strength training consisted of three parts:basic strength training,functional strength training,and injury prevention strength training,forming an effective strength training system.While improving the efficiency of strength training,sports injuries are avoided.4)The arrangement of individualized strength training during the winter training can further improve the individual athletes' strength and strengths,and they can use their strengths to improve the overall quality of the team.
