Social Workers In SWOT's Vision Are Involved In The Employment Service For Women In Low-income Families

Women is an important force to push forward the modernization of our new era.Under the new normal economy,the party will pay high attention to the problem of employment and raise it to the strategic position of priority development and the strategy of poverty alleviation in the new period to the direction of precision poverty alleviation and accurate poverty reduction.Because of their low level of culture,lack of knowledge and skills of employment,and the role of sex discrimination,women in low insurance families have been trapped in a low employment level and a single way of employment.Social work,as a self-help specialty,has given a positive response and support to the employment problem of low insurance family women through the use of professional values and methods,both at the material and spiritual levels.In the process of service,the professional advantages of social work are prominent,but the social work in our country is still in the process of exploring.It is still in the exploration stage that the theoretical system and practical exploration of the local social work related to the employment service of the low insured women are still in the exploration stage,and the related research still needs to be further deepened.On the basis of the author's experience in the women's employment service in the low insurance family,this paper collects relevant information by reviewing literature,participating in observation and interview,introducing SWOT analysis and increasing energy theory to analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages of social workers' intervention in the employment service of women in low insurance families.As well as theexternal opportunities and threats,according to the matrix analysis of SWOT analysis,the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward from the level of government,social work institutions and service objects,so as to provide some reference for the social workers' theory and practice in the field of maintaining women's employment in the family.This article is divided into two parts.The first part is the introduction.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research problems,research purpose,literature review,research methods,concept definition and the related theoretical basis.The second part is the research discovery,detailed introduction of the main content of the project,through the in-depth analysis of the project content to get the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of social workers' intervention in the employment service of the low insurance family women.Finally,according to the analysis,the improvement strategy is put forward to promote the sustainable development of social workers' intervention in the women's employment service.
