The survival and development of the floating population has always been an important and hot topic of our social policy and social service.In Guangzhou,the local population,7.7 million.migrant population,nearly 10 million,that is to say,6% of the population is in a state of flow,so Guangzhou is a representative area about migrant service and research.Migrant workers come to Guangzhou as "new citizens",they need to integrate into the city and the community for better life,the process is very slow by their own.The practice of social work involved in the field of migrant workershas achieved remarkable achievementin improving the survival and development of migrant workers through the efforts of the government.However,There are a lots of problemsin social work about migrant workersactually.Ecological perspective fit in with migrant workers in the needs of social work.Based on the ecological theory,l analyzed a series of migrant service methods and strategies through the F institutions with the experience of learning and practice of the community service in the typical community of migrant workers,and l reflected on its service effect,summed up the positive e xperience of social work services in migrant workers community.It will rich ecological perspective of social work theor ies and practice sfor Social work in the migrant workers community.
