With the development of social economy and culture,the popularization of higher education and the implementation of the policy of postponing retirement make the employment situation of college students more serious.Entrepreneurship not only solves the employment problem,but also promotes social and economic development.In recent years,our government has advocated innovation and entrepreneurship,and social organizations and universities also pay attention to the entrepreneurship activities of College students,but their entrepreneurial tendency is still low.How to improve the entrepreneurial tendency of their has become a hot topic.This paper studies the influencing factors of College Students' entrepreneurship tendency from the perspective of personal micro-level "psychological capital".This paper intends to explore the impact of psychological capital on College Students' entrepreneurial tendencies through an empirical survey of college students,hoping to find out the key factors affecting students' entrepreneurial tendencies,and provide suggestions to their entrepreneurial tendencies.We reviewed the domestic and foreign research literature,put forward the corresponding research hypothesis and theoretical model,taking entrepreneurial tendency as the explanatory variable,psychological capital as the core explanatory variable,government policy environment and social culture as the adjusting variable,and innovative integration of "family economic conditions" and "parental entrepreneurial experience" as the control variable,and put forward research hypothesis.Through questionnaire survey and data analysis,the research hypothesis is verified.The empirical analysis shows that college students' psychological capital(including five dimensions of self-efficacy,optimism,hope,resilience and risk-taking)has a positive effect on their entrepreneurial tendencies;government policy environment and social culture have a moderating effect;personal education and family economic conditions also have a certain impact on entrepreneurial tendencies.It is suggested that the government and universities should plan and implement measures to promote entrepreneurship from the level of psychological capital.
