Study On Group Work Service To Enhance The Community Attachment Of Elderly Living Alone

With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the aging process of the population is also accelerating,and the increasing miniaturization of family structure makes the proportion of elderly living alone in the elderly population keep rising.Therefore,the elderly living alone in their old age,their life and needs should cause widespread concern and concern of the society.In modern society,as the main place where people live and live,people's dependence on community is gradually increasing.Especially for the elderly,their feelings and feelings of community,namely community attachment,will directly affect the quality of life in their later years.As an important index to measure the love,attachment and dependence of community residents,community attachment is of great significance to the stability and happiness of elderly living alone in their old age under the background of social endowment.Therefore,this study attempts to intervene in the community attachment of elderly people living alone from the perspective of social work,hoping to help elderly living alone to go out of their homes through the professional method of group work,improve their community attachment,make them better integrated into the community,and improve the quality of community life.In order to study the status quo of community attachment of elderly living alone,in this study,in the form of questionnaire survey to the research target community D in wuhan city streets in the old people who live alone.This study found that in the scale measurement of community attachment,the overall score of community attachment of elderly people living alone is not high,which is at the general level.This study also found that: 1)There is a significant correlation between the community interpersonal relationship of the elderly living alone and their sense of community attachment,and the community interpersonal relationship has a significant predictive effect on the sense of community attachment.That is,the better the relationship of the elderly living alone,the higher their community attachment;2)There is also a significant correlation between the community satisfaction of the elderly living alone and their community attachment.The community satisfaction has a significant predictive effect on community attachment.The higher the community satisfaction of the elderly living alone,the higher community attachment.3)There is also a significant correlation between the community participation and community attachment of the elderly living alone.Community participation has a significant predictive effect on the community attachment.The higher the degree of participation of the elderly living alone in the community,the stronger their community attachment,and vice versa.Based on the existing research,this study attempts to use the group work method to provide services for the elderly living alone,so as to enhance the elderly living alone's community attachment.The researcher took the elderly living alone in community D of wuhan city as the research object.Through questionnaire survey,the researcher selected elderly living alone who were suitable and willing to participate in group activities to understand and master their community attachment level and performance.On this basis,the researcher designed and implemented six specific group activities under the guidance of the empowerment theory.Firstly,in the early and middle stages of group activities,while establishing relationships with team members,researchers mainly help group members to enhance their self-confidence and obtain affirmation of their self-worth and ability.Secondly,in the late and final stages of the group,the researcher takes collectiveness as the principle of group activities,through strengthening the experience of group members' socialization,let the group members participate in community affairs,so as to enhance the sense of community ownership and self-efficacy,so as to ultimately achieve the goal of enhancing their community attachment.In this group work service process,the researchers record,evaluate and reflect on the process of each group activity.Finally,the team members are measured again,and the results before and after the intervention are analyzed and compared.The results show that the scores of the subjects have been improved after the group intervention,which indicates that the group intervention has played a certain role.Therefore,this study considers that group social work intervention has certain applicability to enhance community attachment of the elderly living alone.In the end,this study reflects and summarizes the practical process of the group work.First,the researcher reflects on the whole process of social work service.From the preparation before intervention to the service process and the final evaluation,the researcher reflects and summarizes the problems and deficiencies.Secondly,the researchers conducted self-reflection on themselves,pointing out the plight and thinking of the researchers as social workers in the process of intervention.Based on the above overall reflection on the study,the researcher summarized and summarized several thoughts and Suggestions on ways to enhance community attachment of elderly people living alone.Firstly,for the elderly living alone,they should be fully "empowered".At the individual level,social workers should help the elderly to readjust their roles,enhance their self-confidence and learn to control their lives.At the level of interpersonal communication,it is necessary to expand the community support network for the elderly living alone and enhance the communication between the elderly and the community.At the level of social participation,social workers can help communities establish long-term participation mechanism and encourage the elderly to actively participate in community construction.Secondly,from the perspective of professional involvement in social work,team work methods and community work methods should be combined to provide effective and targeted professional services for the elderly.In addition,since community satisfaction is an important indicator to measure community attachment of the elderly,it is necessary to strengthen and improve the construction of community services,and based on the essential needs of the elderly living alone,improve their satisfaction with the community,so as to achieve the goal of enhancing their community attachment.
