Research On The Incubation Path Of CommunitySports Social Organization In Suzhou Industrial Park

With the improvement of living standards,the demand for the people has changed from "quantity" to "quality",and the government has raised "national fitness"to the national development strategy,and the public ' s sports enthusiasm has been ignited.The government functions are transformed from a versatile government to a service--oriented government.In the field of social public sports services,sports social organizations will undertake the transfer of public service functions provided by the government.Community sports social organizations are the grassroots sports social organizations,serving the development of grassroots sports,organizing national fitness activities in an organized manner,and constantly meeting the growing needs of the masses for sports and fitness.Based on this,the government vigorously cultivates and develops community sports social organizations,promotes the construction of national fitness organizations,establishes a long-term mechanism for universal fitness volunteer service,promotes the coverage of sports social organizations to the grassroots,and forms a grid for mass sports with the society.Improve the overall service capabilities.In order to help Suzhou Suzhou City community sports social organization to develop better,in line with China's "national fitness" strategy,this study takes 16 community sports social organizations incubating in Suzhou Industrial Park as the survey object,using the literature data method,field research method,Interview method,case study method and other research methods,based on the theory of government fostering hatching social organization,studied the current situation of the incubation path of community sports social organizations in Suzhou Industrial Park,and based on the understanding of the current situation of hatching,to find the predicament of existence.And put forward countermeasures to improve the incubation path.Concluded as follow:1.The advanced experience and model of the Suzhou Industrial Park in the incubation of sports community organizations is worth learning from other regions.In particular,it is to implement national ideology,respond to national policies,develop community-based social organizations,promote exchanges and cooperation between community social organizations,and adopt encouraging incubation methods.In the actual operation of the sports social organization in the incubation community,the Suzhou Industrial Park has paid attention to resource support,legal identity acquisition,and communication platform construction,especially through the "creative competition to promote training" and " pre-incubation".Two different incubation paths have helped community sports social organizations achieve certain results in terms of their own ability improvement,legal identity acquisition,resource support,and communication and cooperation platforms.The methods can be used and referenced by other regions.2.In the incubation work of community sports social organizations in Suzhou Industrial Park,the difficulties have also been achieved,mainly in two aspects:First,external factors.There are mainly insufficient support funds for development,restricting the access of community sports social organizations;government-led public welfare social organization incubators,restricting free choice;incubator provides a single incubation service content,it is difficult to meet the needs of community sports social organizations;hatched community sports social organizations The number is small,the coverage rate is low;the service in the late incubation period is lacking;the government's support mechanism is not perfect.In addition to the incubation difficulties caused by these external factors,there are also factors in the community sports social organization.The community sports social organization in Suzhou Industrial Park has inherent problems and is too dependent on the government.At the same time,there are still unclear self-positioning and poor competitiveness.These two factors have become the main reasons for restricting the participation of community sports social organizations in the incubator.Under the joint action of external factors and internal factors,it has become a bottleneck restricting the incubation of community sports social organizations.3.Suggest the following questions:The social organization cultivation base of Suzhou Industrial Park should pay attention to the incubation of community sports social organizations,strive to increase the overall number of community sports social organizations,and increase the coverage rate of jurisdictions.The specific measures to improve the sports social organizations in the incubation community include:increasing government funding,ensuring more community sports social organizations to settle in;introducing maternal association guidance,providing professional incubation services;implementing sub-category,phased,and problem-specific incubation;strengthening physical education Consciousness building,improving the coverage rate of incubation organizations;improving the follow-up support mechanism for incubation and achieving sustainable development in the late incubation period;preferentially incubating community residents to participate in a wide and popular community sports social organization;community sports social organizations should continuously improve their internal strength.
