Under The Background Of The New Era,the Strategic Study On Construction Of Urban Public Sports Service System On The Reform Of Society Sports Guiding And Management Major Of Colleges And Universities

The main contradiction of our society has changed into the contradiction between the people's growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development in the new era,.Under the background of this new era,the population of urban community is huge and the population is concentrated.The development of urban community is related to the vital interests of every resident.The reform and improvement of community public sports service system construction,the completion of urban public sports service means,and the expansion of residents' participation are important ways to improve the quality of people's healthy life and happiness.By investigating the current situation of urban public sports service system and analyzing the reasons for the formation of the right status quo,it is of great significance to optimize the training objectives of social sports major in colleges and universities,and then optimize the curriculum,so as to promote the development of social sports major in colleges and universities.This paper collected a large number of documents and materials in China Nationa Knowledge Infrastructure,China Journal Full-text Database,Wanfang database and other related ways,consulted the urban public sports service system,mass sports and social sports professional construction content.This paper analyzes the current situation of the urban site facilities system,the urban public sports activity system,the urban sports guidance and training system,the information consulting service system,the current situation of city constitution monitoring system in Hanzhong,the organization and management system in Hzanzhong,as well as the current situation of social sports major in colleges and universities and the current situation of social sports major students' cognition of the training plan of this major are investigated and studied by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The reasons for the existing problems in the current public sports service system and the problems in the development process of social sports major are analyzed in Hanzhong.Through the investigation and research,the results show that:(1)the lack and unreasonable allocation of urban public sports facilities;(2)the single urban public sports activities;(3)the lack of social sports instructors and sports volunteers;(4)the imperfect management system and operation mechanism of urban public sports organizations;(5)the inadequate implementation of Hanzhong urban public sports policies and decrees;(6)China's training objectives are directional and relatively single,which is not suitable for the current market economic system established in China,the diversity of social demand for sports talents,and the students' paying fees to go to school and choose their own training direction after graduation;(7)there are many kinds of courses for social sports major,but they are dominant and the direction is fuzzy,the main courses and characteristic courses are not prominent enough;(8)the curriculum is out of touch with the needs of social posts,and the students' practical ability is not strong;(9)some colleges and universities have not established a stable practice base,and some college students majoring in social physical education carry out teaching practice in schools or go to other units unrelated to the major for practice.According to the current situation of urban public sports service system and the problems existing in the training plan of social sports specialty,this paper puts forward the strategies of the construction of urban public sports service system to optimize the social sports specialty courses in colleges and universities under the new era background:(1)according to the needs of the diversity of urban residents' sports fitness,the school sports should be equipped with appropriate sports facilities;(2)according to the sports exercise items of urban residents according to the current situation that the city public sports lacks the social sports instructor and the sports volunteer,the school should organize the social sports instructor training through various channels;(4)according to the city public sports organization management system and the operation mechanism is not complete In the process of training social sports talents,we should strengthen the education of students' devotion to work and professional ethics;(5)according to the current situation that there is no fixed practice base for social sports students,the school should establish a stable practice base with fitness club,sports function department,community,enterprise,school and other units through various channels(6)according to the current situation of the single training objective of social physical education major,the lack of outstanding professional main courses and characteristic courses,and the weak practical ability of students,schools should further clarify the professional training objective,optimize the professional main courses,refine the characteristic courses,and strengthen the practical ability of students.
