As the only scoring means in the korfball competition, shooting is the focus point of the ultimate goals and attack and defense contradictions in all the attacking technique and tactics between both competition parties. The back-step shot is a special shooting style in the korfball techniques, which requires the players to complete the shot in a quick motion. If you want to use this shooting style in the competition,as well as guarantee the hit rates, players should adapt to the movement in a fast pace, and effectively control their body shapes and stabilize the shooting movements. Therefore, through the fast frequency shooting training,we should strengthen the movement speed per unit time,as well as the high frequency shooting urgency in the player training, for the purpose of enabling the players to gradually and effectively control their body shapes during the rapid movements. In this way,we can improve the body agility while increasing the shooting averages. The creation of this paper mainly adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, etc.,taking the 16 members of the Dutch team of Zhengzhou University as the research object. Before the experiment, the 16 members are tested, and they are divided into the experimental group and the control group. The final result is the difference t test.If the final result is p > 0.05,then the difference between the two groups is small. The training methods of the two groups are different. The training methods of the experimental group are mainly fast frequency shooting training, the time is two months. The training method of the control group is the traditional shooting training. After the experiment, the test indexes of the two groups were compared again, and the results of the two groups were analyzed by spss20.0 data statistics software and Excel software. The main conclusions are as follows:1.After the experiment, the results of three main body indexes(pro test,"t" turn back test,Illinois sensitive test)in the experimental group were improved in varying degrees, except for the pro test, the other two items(P < 0.01)had very significant differences, indicating that the fast frequency shooting training had an impact onimproving the body sensitivity of the Dutch players.2.In the experimental group, the hit rate of the three recoil shots(5-7m16 recoil shots,5-7m15 "V" recoil shots,5-7m10 lateral recoil shots)was increased and P <0.01 had a very significant difference, which indicated that the fast frequency shooting training had a positive effect on the life-time rate of the recoil shot.3.After the experiment, the average scores of the three body sensitivity tests and the three backward step shooting hit rate tests in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.Except for the pro test(P > 0.05),the other items(P <0.05)had significant differences, which indicated that the training effect of fast frequency shooting had certain advantages.4.After the experiment, the completion time of the test shooting in the experimental group is much longer than that in the control group, which shows that the shooting hit rate of the experimental group is improved while the moving speed and the shooting speed are also improved, which strengthens the stability of the shooting action under the fast moving.Suggestions:1.Fast frequency shooting training has a fast shooting rhythm. In order to prevent the athletes' shooting posture from deformation, the coaches should standardize their actions when shooting,so that the players can improve their shooting percentage under the condition of action standards.2.The traditional shooting training rhythm is relatively slow, and the athletes who contact the Dutch ball at the initial stage can use this training method to improve the shooting posture. Two kinds of shooting training can be effectively combined according to the situation of the training object, which will greatly promote the rapid development of the Dutch game.
