In the process of China's economic development towards high quality,human resources,as the first resource for economic and social development,have become a source of vigorous vitality for economic transformation and upgrading,and represent the core competitiveness of the country and region.Now the talent competition is constantly escalating and accurately grasped The development level of human resources,it is of practical significance to find out the influencing factors of human resources and expand the human resources dividend.The article firstly combed the scale,structure and quality of the human resources development level of Henan Province,and found that the absolute scale of human resources in Henan Province is currently relatively large,but there is a downward trend in relative size;structurally,the age structure of human resources in Henan Province tends to be older,the gap between urban and rural structure is large,the distribution of rural human resources is too heavy,and the distribution of industrial structure is unreasonable.In terms of quality,the health status,cultural quality,and skill levels of human resources in Henan Province are still at a low level,but there is a clear upward trend.Then,based on the characteristics and problems of the level of human resources development in Henan Province,the theoretical and empirical analysis of the influencing factors is carried out from the three aspects of scale,structure and quality.In terms of scale,it mainly conducts theoretical analysis on the total population and reproduction status,population age structure and migration factors,and establishes a linear regression model to study the impact of total population,birth rate and population age structure on the scale of human resources.It was found that the increase in the total population did not bring about an increase in the human resource rate.The birth rate,the proportion of the children's population,and the proportion of the elderly population had a negative impact on the scale of human resources.The birth rate has a significant positive effect on the scale of human resources after 13 years,that is,the birth rate can have a positive effect on the future scale of human resources;structural aspects,first,it analyzes the urbanization level and urban-rural structure of human resources in Henan Province It is believed that theincrease in the level of urbanization and the gap between urban and rural areas will promote the transfer of rural human resources to cities and increase the proportion of urban human resources.The second is to empirically study the impact of economic and social development and human resource education on the human resource industrial structure of Henan Province by establishing models.The results show that the economic and social development and human resource education have improved,and the human resource industrial structure in Henan Province will continue to improve and upgrade,tending to balance;in terms of quality,a theoretical analysis of the influencing factors of human resource quality in Henan Province from the economic,social and educational dimensions.And through the establishment of multiple linear regression models to empirically study the influencing factors of human resource quality.This paper selects 6 indicators that reflect the quality of human resources,such as the average years of education,and uses the entropy method to determine the weights,and obtains the comprehensive quality of human resources as the interpreted variable,and analyzes the impact of variables such as economic level and urbanization rate on the quality of human resources.It was found that per capita GDP,the proportion of tertiary industry output value,expenditure on science,education,culture and health,elderly dependency ratio,urbanization rate,and the number of colleges and universities have a positive impact on the quality of human resources in Henan Province,and the impact of cost of living on the quality of human resources is negative of.Overall,the scale advantage of human resources in Henan Province is being reduced,the problem of structural imbalance has been improved,and the quality of human resources is in a stage of rapid improvement.To build a strong human resource province,we should focus on promoting the optimization of human resource structure and the improvement of quality.According to the article's analysis of the influencing factors of human resources in Henan Province,in order to improve the development level of human resources in Henan Province,it is necessary to comprehensively promote urbanization,promote the innovation and development of the tertiary industry,increase education investment support,and actively respond to aging.
