Education is a complicates systematic project.So the foundation is family,and background is parent.At the National Education Conference on 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that it is the common responsibility of the whole society to run education well.This is the law of the development of education in the new era,and it has clarified the main responsibility of running education well.As the starting point and foundation for the healthy development of children and adolescents,family education is an important part of national education.The development of family education is directly related to the life-long development of children,the happiness of millions of families,and the future of the country and nation.In recent years,as China's social development and education reform have entered a new stage,the problem of family education has become increasingly prominent.At present,a big education system of family education,school education and social education is gradually being formed.Family education is the foundation of school education and social education and has a very important function.It is the general trend to construct and improve the family education guidance service model,and it is the common responsibility of the government,society and family.Based on the combination of public governance theory and collaborative public governance theory,this paper mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case study to investigate the current situation of family education guidance services in our province,and analyzes based on the survey.Summarizes that there are currently five problems in all aspects of family education guidance services in our province:unsound management institutions and lack of policies;lack of talents in guidance service institutions,and the ability and literacy need to be improved;family education guidance consultants are not deep and development is uneven;The organization guidance service lacks in-depth cooperation;the science of family education guidance needs to be improved.In-depth analysis of the problems in the family education guidance service.At present,there are three main reasons for the problems in the family education guidance service model in our province:one is that the government departments do not pay enough attention and the family education law is missing;the other is the weak community function and social participation.Not enough;third,parents despise the improvement of their education level.In view of the above-mentioned problems and reasons,this paper studies based on the theory of public governance,and proposes strategic choices to promote the construction of the family education guidance service model in our province from three aspects:government departments,family education guidance service agencies,and family education guidance service objects.The purpose is to provide some basis for solving the problem of family education,so as to promote the further improvement of the construction of family education guidance service model.
