In recent years,with the Ministry of Education paying more and more attention to private education,private education has made rapid progress,but the development time of private colleges and universities is still very short,the basic strength of development is insufficient,and the policy support of the Ministry of Education to private higher education is not long,the policy is not perfect.Therefore,the road of progress of private colleges and universities is still difficult,and will also face the dual influence of external and internal factors,the process of development will face a lot of unpredictable uncertainty.In addition,the important factors for the progress of private colleges and universities include teachers,who,as the core members of private colleges and universities,also have an important impact on the development of private colleges and universities.Looking at the characteristics of college teachers' work,we can draw the following conclusions: high academic requirements,large investment in human and material resources,tedious and difficult to quantify,teachers' personal expectations and pursuit,higher level of demand factors determine that the absorption and retention of core talents requires management to rack their brains to meet the requirements of teachers as far as possible,and the most persuasive salary will undoubtedly be an important management project.This paper selects SC private colleges and universities as the research object,through the omni-directional investigation of the salary of the university,comprehensively shows the current situation of the salary system of the school,and makes rational use of the theory,examples and comparative research methods to find out the problems existing in the salary system of SC colleges and universities,and a large number of salary-related data and charts are combined to make an in-depth analysis of the investigation object of this paper.Based on the problems of the salary system found in this paper,this paper gives some suggestions.The main content of this paper includes the following aspects: first of all,the use of the concept of salary and related theories to guide the writing of this paper.Then,through the investigation of the current situation of salary level in private colleges and universitiesin SC,and combined with the analysis of the results of salary satisfaction questionnaire issued by teachers,this paper points out the problems and causes of salary management in the subjects of the survey,and then analyzes the causes of the problems,combined with the salary system institutions of private colleges and universities,the salary level,as well as the characteristics and incentive principles of teachers themselves.Finally,the paper gives the specific measures and thinking of perfecting the salary system of the survey object.This paper expects to reveal the big problem of teachers' salary in private colleges and universities through the analysis of SC university case and the display of the case.At the same time,according to the actual salary system of SC colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the teacher salary improvement scheme of SC university,which is the innovation of this paper.I hope this study can provide some ideas for improving the salary system of private colleges and universities.
