A Study On The Development Status And Development Strategies Of The "Starry Sky" Training Camps In The First-tier Cities Of East China

The first batch of the national "Starry Sky" training camp has been developed for two years since its announcement.The "Starry Sky" training camp is a reform attempt based on summarizing the development experience of campus football in China and absorbing the training experience of excellent international football reserve talents,which aims to improve the teaching,training,and competition systems of campus football and provide a higher quality football education environment for students and teachers.It lays a high-level development path for football reserve talents so that every student has the opportunity to participate in football competition.Meanwhile,it constantly improve the football skills and literacy of the majority of students,and further activate the internal motivation of the future development of Chinese football.The research selected the first-tier city campus football "Starry Sky" training camp in China as the research object,and took the first-tier city campus football "Starry Sky" training camp in East China as the survey object.The research used the literature method,questionnaire method,interview method,field inspection method and the mathematical statistics method to conducts a comprehensive survey on the declaration of the formation and operation of the first batch of "Starry Sky" training camps in the first-tier cities in East China.Pertinent suggestions are provided in order to break the weak situation of the development of Chinese youth football in the long-term practice.The study drew the following conclusions and suggestion:1.Favorable measures in the development of the football camp "Starry Sky" in the first-tier cities of East China: Specific and effective construction plans should be formulated according to the regional reality;The attention should be paid to the improvement of coach team structure and athlete echelon,standard selection methods;coordinate with the development of regional campus football;The security mechanism should be improved,especially the funding guarantee;The popularity of the camp should be expanded through satisfaction,which will shape the image of the training camp and create a window for the training camp's good reputation.2.Problems Existing in the Development of the "Starry Sky" Training Camp for First-tier Cities in East China: There is a tendency towards polarization in basic construction;The dynamic management of basic teams is relatively stagnant;The selection and delivery channels are blocked;a breakthrough in the integration of social resources has not been found;and the construction of football brand culture is relatively simple.3.Suggestions for the development strategy of the “Starry Sky” training camp for the first-tier cities in East China: Improve the construction of training camps according to local conditions and pay attention to highlighting the characteristics of training camps;Deepen the cohesion of training camps and implement refined management;Broaden the channels of professional training and improve the breadth and depth of training;Strengthen the training competition system and find the fulcrums and cover them;Ascend the channel and actively explore supportive policies;Create a football culture and tap football education functions.
