Rural teachers are the "living soul" of rural education,they bring countless hopes to the rural children.In recent years,educational units being implemented the supportive programs of rural teacher,which have certainly improved the living conditions of rural teachers.However,there are still some problems,such as low professional identity,lack of spiritual well-being and low professional efficacy.A long way we have to go to improve the rural teachers' sense of happiness,achievement and honor.Based on this,I will try my best to focus on the life experience of rural teachers.The teacher's life experience is an objective display of the teacher's entire life,a portrayal of the teacher's colorful life activities,and embodies the sweetness and bitterness of the teacher's life.Paying attention to rural teachers' life experience means to investigate rural teachers in changing environment,understand the real voice and the real life of rural teachers.This research consists of five parts.The first part mainly discusses the reason,significance and status of the research,and defines the core.The second part,based on the theory of life world and life philosophy,I divides teachers' life experience into three parts:material life experience,spiritual life experience,daily life experience,professional life experience.The third part,I chose eight teachers as research objects in M township of Henan Province,used observation method and interview method,go to the education site and daily life scene of rural teachers,observe their life and capture their real situation,the fourth part,combined with the actual situation and feelings of several teachers,analyzes the material situation of rural teachers Life experience,spiritual life experience,daily life experience and professional life experience in more detail,to find out the problems and analyze the causes.In the fifth part,Put forward the strategy to improvement the rural teachers' life experience: improving rural teachers' material life,enhancing their spiritual life,ensuring their daily living space and make their professional life rewarding.
