Research On The Development Status And Restrictive Factors Of Campus Football Activities

In recent years,the development of football in China is in full swing,and more and more people are paying attention to and participating in football.However,we still have a certain gap with the football power.To carry out football activities on campus in order to popularize football,cultivate reserve talents,and create conditions for the development of football.Using literature methods,field trips,questionnaires,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and other methods to investigate the development of football activities in 20 football-specific schools in Linyi City,Shanxi Province,mainly related to the basic situation of football-specific schools,The development of campus football,the situation of football teachers,and the understanding and views of students and parents,summed up the current situation of the development of campus football activities in Linyi City,and analyzed the constraints.The research found that:(1)The football activities of Linfen Football Specialty School have been launched and have achieved certain results.(2)The football specialty schools in Linfen City have football venues and equipment facilities,but the quality of football venues and equipment facilities need to be improved;There are not enough special expenses for campus football activities in the school,and the source channels are somewhat single.The special expenses are used in various ways.(3)The football activities in Linfen Football Specialty School are rich in content anddiverse in form.In terms of teaching,most schools have football courses in some grades and a weekly section;In football training,all football specialty schools have football team training;The situation in the campus football league is not very good.They have not participated in regional campus football matches.Only some schools have held football matches.(4)The gender ratio of football teachers in Linfen Football Specialty School is not reasonable enough,and the age of football teachers is relatively reasonable.Nearly half of football teachers are between 36 and 45 years old;The education of football teachers is mainly undergraduate,and the professional title is also relatively high;High workload;The professional standards of football teachers are not high.(5)The number of training of football teachers in Linfen Football Specialty School is small,and the willingness of football teachers to train is high,but the degree of satisfaction is low.(6)Linfen football special school students are very fond of football,and the willingness to participate in football activities are relatively high.It is able to meet the requirement in the National Programme for the Implementation of Football Activities in Youth Schools that school students should participate in no less than 50 per cent of the total number of football players per week and not meet the requirement of no less than two hours per week mentioned in the document.Parents are more supportive,but there are still some concerns.(7)Constraints restricting the development of football activities in Linyi Football School include: the school leaders don't pay much attention;the campus football activities are insufficient;the venue facilities are imperfect,the equipment is not complete;the campus football culture atmosphere is not strong;the football teacher professionalism Not high;football teachers are not well trained;parents have more concerns.
