In 2015,the adoption of the overall plan of China's football reform promoted the football reform to the national strategy,marking the coming spring of China's football.In recent years,with the continuous development of China's football industry,all kinds of football events are increasingly enriched,which requires more and more football referees.Objective:To explore the current situation of psychological capital and job burnout of Chinese football referees,analyze the impact of psychological capital and job burnout on referees' decision-making behavior,and put forward relevant suggestions.Methods:150 Chinese football referees were selected as the research objects,and the questionnaire was distributed and collected by convenient sampling method.SPSS 23.0 is used to analyze the data,including descriptive statistics,exploratory factor analysis,reliability analysis,independent sample t-test,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Results:first,in the independent sample t-test,it is found that there is a significant difference in the psychological capital of Chinese football referees.Second,according to the one-way ANOVA,there are significant differences in the penalty behaviors of football referees with different levels of psychological capital.Thirdly,there is a positive correlation between the psychological capital of Chinese football referees and the decision-making behavior,while there is a negative correlation between job burnout and the decision-making behavior.Fourth,according to the regression analysis,the three dimensions of psychological capital,tenacity,optimistic hope and self-confidence are the effective variables to predict the referee's decision-making behavior,and they have a positive predictive effect on the Chinese football referee's decision-making behavior.However,the sub dimension of job burnout has a negative predictive effect on Chinese football referees' decision-making behavior.Finally,based on the results of this study,the paper discusses the psychological capital,job burnout and punishment behavior of Chinese football referees.
