As a new teaching concept and teaching reform plan,flipped classroom education model has been widely concerned by the academic circle and applied by other disciplines.However,in the aspect of physical education teaching,the model has not yet been mature,extensive application and promotion.In order to verify the usability and potential effect of the flipped classroom teaching model,this paper studied and comprehensively analyzed the theory of the flipped classroom teaching model,designed and carried out the plan of the flipped classroom teaching model,and explored the application of the flipped classroom in the teaching of college table tennis elective course.In this paper,the integrated use of literature analysis method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics methods,such as table tennis elective course choosing zhengzhou university sophomores as the research object,the key design flip classroom teaching mode,through the comparative study with traditional physical education teaching mode,verify the flip classroom teaching pattern in such aspects as physical quality,sports skills can bring positive effect this assumption,but also prove flip classroom education mode will get a higher degree of satisfaction,conforms to the student's preference and the trend of the development of the education.After the research,the following conclusions are drawn.First,experiments show that both flip classroom teaching mode and traditional classroom teaching mode can be to improve students' physical quality,but turn to the experimental class students' vital capacity in succession,crook proneness,pull-ups the achievement of a significant impact,traditional classroom teaching mode can only lung capacity of students,pull-ups significant impact performance.It shows that different from the traditional classroom teaching mode,the flipped classroomteaching mode only has a positive impact on the flexibility of students.Second,in terms of sports skill test,flipped classroom teaching mode and traditional teaching mode can effectively improve the technical standardization and technical application effect of backhand pushing and forehand attacking and attacking balls of students in table tennis elective course.However,in terms of performance improvement,students' performance improvement in flipped classroom teaching mode is higher than that in traditional teaching mode.Therefore,compared with traditional teaching mode,flipped classroom teaching is effective in improving students' motor skills.Thirdly,after participating in the experiment,students' satisfaction with flipped classroom teaching mode is generally improved,and they tend to be satisfied with the teaching efficiency,teaching forms,teaching methods,teaching teachers,and course assessment and evaluation in flipped classroom teaching.The research believes that flipped classroom teaching model can bring positive effects to teaching.In the process of implementation,students' autonomous learning ability and habits should be emphasized,and teachers' teaching ability and comprehensive quality should be improved.At the same time,it is also necessary to combine other teaching modes and teaching methods to improve classroom efficiency by integrating a variety of teaching methods according to the teaching contents and local conditions.
