| Aiming at the situation of regional imbalances and large regional differences in the development of Chinese population aging and youth employment,first of all,based on the theoretical basis of geosciences,demography,and domestic and foreign scholars 'research,the symptoms of Chinese population aging and youth employment The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the status quo and the effect of population aging on youth employment;secondly,using the Dagum Gini coefficient,spatial autocorrelation and semivariogram to analyze the evolution of the spatial pattern of Chinese population aging,and then select the birth rate,mortality,Per capita GDP,CPI,and urbanization rate are used as variables to construct a spatial panel data measurement model to study the influencing factors of the spatial pattern evolution of Chinese population aging;finally,the impact mechanism of population aging on youth employment is analyzed at the national and regional levels.Construct a vector error correction model,a threshold vector error correction model,and a panel data model.The research finds that:(1)Chinese population ageing degree has gradually weakened from east to west,and the influencing factors of low birth rate and low mortality rate will cause the ageing degree to increase.The higher the per capita GDP and urbanization rate,the more it promotes Chinese ageing degree.The impact of CPI on Chinese population aging is not significant;(2)there is a threshold non-linear effect between the population aged 65 and over and the number of youth employed;when the model is in the first mechanism,when the number of youth employment deviates from the equilibrium value,It will be pulled towards the equilibrium level at the rate of0.0628 units;while in the second mechanism,due to the influence of other relevant factors such as government policies,the error correction term is higher than the threshold value,and the co-integration between the elderly population and urban employment Relationship disappears. |
