Research On Current Situation And Optimization Strategy Of "Campus Football" League Match In Xiangxi Middle And Primary Schools

In recent years,with the strong promotion of the national football policy,"campus football" has achieved preliminary results.The league is an important part of the development of "campus football".In developed areas,the scale of "campus football" League is becoming larger and larger,and the competition system is becoming more and more formal and scientific.For Xiangxi area,the economic development is remote and backward,the football resources are lack,there is no scientific guidance,which leads to the slow development of "campus football" in Xiangxi area.Therefore,this paper takes Xiangxi primary and secondary school "campus football" League as the research object to study its campus football development.Through its research,we can find the problems in the development process of "campus football" League in Xiangxi and optimize them.On this basis,it can enrich the theoretical development of "campus football" in Western Hunan,provide a new idea,new direction,theoretical reference and practical basis for the relevant departments of local government to formulate the development plan of "campus football".The xiangxi primary and secondary school "campus football" league started in2016 and was held annually.The participating teams were composed of seven counties,one city and prefectural schools.The competition was divided into three divisions,namely primary school division,junior high school division,senior high school division and senior high school division.This paper adopts the methods of field investigation,interview and logical analysis to investigate and analyze the current situation of "campus football" league in xiangxi primary and secondary schools.League age grouping is unreasonable,age fraud;Football referee level is insufficient,reserve talent is not enough;Insufficient funds and single channels of fund acquisition;Lack of league culture construction,league promotion and publicity efforts are not enough;The coaching team is in chaos and there are not enough professional football coaches.The league field is insufficient,the field lacks the standard.As for the problems existing in the "campus football" league in xiangxi primary and secondary schools,the corresponding optimization strategies are obtained through research and analysis.Adjust grouping age,crack down on age fraud;To speed up the construction of the referee team in the league and improve the referee's ruling ability;Increase social support and obtain more investment channels;To construct the culture of the football league and to strengthen the propaganda of the league;Reasonably standardize the coaching team,improve the coaching level,strengthen the construction of the league site,rational use of the site.
