As an important measure to promote the development of digital campus in China,the construction of digital campus demonstration school is conducive to promoting the innovative development of digital campus,and improving the overall development level of regional digital campus.Evaluating the development level of digital campus demonstration school is helpful to grasp the development status of digital campus demonstration school,find out problems and shortcomings in time,and promote the development level of digital campus demonstration school.However,the development of digital campus assessment in China is still weak relatively.The research on digital campus in China mainly focuses on the digital campus infrastructure construction,system development and application,related theories and so on.Although educational administrative departments at all levels in China have put forward relevant standards for digital campus,due to the consideration of universal applicability,the standards set are relatively broad and cannot be used for the evaluation of digital campus demonstration schools.Therefore,this study based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature and policy,starting from the orientation and development requirements of digital campus demonstration school,using key indicator method,content analysis method,Delphi method,subjective and objective weighting method,on the basis of general digital campus development level evaluation framework,the characteristic evaluation index of digital campus is added,and the evaluation model of digital campus demonstration school is constructed;Based on the evaluation system,an empirical evaluation study of digital campus demonstration school was carried out,and the development status of digital campus demonstration school in H province was analyzed;By means of multiple linear regression analysis,the main factors affecting the development of digital campus demonstration school are analyzed,through analysis,it is found that there are nine main factors affecting the development level of each dimension of digital campus demonstration school in H province,including digital teaching and learning space,innovation and creation space,teaching application service,information literacy of technical personnel,multi-party cooperation,system construction,network security management,school management and social identity;Finally,based on the analysis of the current situation and the analysis of the influencing factors,this paper analyzes the existing development problems of digital campus demonstration school,and puts forward five development suggestions,including practicing the concept of "student-oriented" information-based basic environment construction;strengthening the construction and application of digital resources;building a sound application service system;formulating the multi-party collaborative construction mechanism of digital campus;stimulating the impetus of information-based innovation.Innovation point of this research is mainly in two aspects.Firstly,on the basis of constructing the general digital campus evaluation framework,this study combines the positioning and development needs of digital campus demonstration school,and integrates the characteristic indexes of innovation guidance and demonstration assistance into the evaluation system,so as to establish a set of digital campus demonstration school development level evaluation system.Secondly,different from the previous model of digital campus demonstration school evaluation based on experts' experience,this study carried out the practice of digital campus demonstration school evaluation based on the evaluation index and objective data,which enriched the empirical study of digital campus demonstration school evaluation in China to some extent.Although some achievements have been made in this study,there are still some improvements need to be made later.Firstly,some contents that are not easy to be counted and quantified are not reflected in the index system.Secondly,in this study,the number of samples is small.
