In June 2018,the National Health and Health Commission reported that the myopia rate of children and adolescents in China has ranked first in the world. With the continuous rise of the rate of detection of poor vision in adolescent students in China, the rise speed of junior high school students is the highest,so myopia has become the biggest problem of adolescents' physical fitness and health. This study, based on the theory that the intervention of physical activities can improve dynamic vision and thus static vision, start from the purpose of improving myopia phenomena in junior high school students, adopt "dynamic vision" as an indicator, follow the basic principles required to improve dynamic vision and explore the effects and relationships of specially designed sports games and equipment on dynamic and static vision of junior high school students. Objective 1:to collect a large number of domestic and foreign sports games, and combined with the physical and mental characteristics and teaching content of junior high school students, summarize and summarize the sports game training program to promote the eyesight health of junior high school students. Objective 2:to improve and apply sports games in the process of physical education teaching,to verify the experimental effect of the improved sports games on junior high school students' vision.Method:the experimental scheme and data were studied by literature, interview, field investigation and mathematical statistics.185 junior middle school students aged 11-14 years in four classes of Shihu middle school affiliated to Nanjing Normal University in Suzhou were intervened in sports games for 16 weeks, and the data after intervention were measured repeatedly, descriptive statistics and correlation analysis.Results:(1)after 16 weeks of experimental intervention, the dynamic vision of the students in the experimental class was significantly improved(P<0.001),while that of the students in the in the control class was also significantly improved(P<0.001).After investigation and analysis,it was found that the improvement of the dynamic vision in the control class might be related to the long time of outdoor activities and sports activities, and the dynamic vision in the control class was greatly improved in the post test, but the control class was significantly improved in the post test The improvement of class dynamic vision has not achieved the goal of promoting static vision because of the short cycle.(2)In the aspect of gender difference, the dynamic vision of men and women in the experimental class was significantly improved(P<0.01).The difference of dynamic vision between male and female students was statistically significant. The improvement of dynamic vision of male students was significantly higher than that of female students(P<0.05).(3)The dynamic vision of the students in the first and second grade of the experimental class was significantly improved(P<0.01),and the dynamic vision of the students in the second grade of the experimental class was significantly improved(P<0.001),which may be related to the students in the second grade of the experimental class having a strong ability to accept, mastering the experimental intervention program more skillfully, and practicing more frequently.(4)The difference between the static(right eye)and the static(final)visual acuity of the students in the experimental class was statistically significant. The static(right eye)and the static(final)visual acuity of the students in the experimental class were significantly improved in the middle and post tests(P<0.05).(5)The difference of static(final)visual acuity of girls in experim ental class was statistically significant(P<0.01).(6)The difference of static(right eye)visual acuity of the students in the experimental class of the second grade of junior high school was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the static(right eye)visual acuity of the students in the experimental intervention was significantly.(7)There was a positive correlation between dynamic vision and static vision(r>0.278,P<0.05).Conclusion:through 16 weeks of experimental intervention, the dynamic vision and static vision of the students in the experimental class are improved. It is verified that the improvement of dynamic vision of junior high school students can promote the development of static vision. Therefore, the use of sports games specially improved for junior high school students can be used as an intervention to promote the vision health of junior high school students.
