As a development of consumer demand,education consumption has become the content of consumption choices of more and more people.At the same time,the continuous optimization and upgrading of all walks of life,talent competition and knowledge competition has become the consensus of more and more enterprise industries,and attracting talents has become an important way for many enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.The increase in the speed of knowledge renewal has promoted the public's demand and investment in education,especially higher education.More and more college graduates choose to continue their studies.Established in 2002,A Education Group is a tutoring organization specializing in professional postgraduate study.After 17 years of development,the group has set up nearly 100 direct branches in major cities across the country,forming a relatively complete organizational structure.However,there are still many problems within the A Group,such as the lack of strategic management,serious product homogeneity,the instability of the teaching staff and the decline of corporate execution,which makes the A Education Group within the refined market segment of the postgraduate counseling.It is impossible to achieve differentiated,specialized and strategic management operations.Therefore,based on the scientific theory of strategic management,the problems existing in the development status of Group A are analyzed,and the causes of the problems are analyzed in detail.Combining the internal and external environment and macro-micro environment faced by the company,formulate a development strategy suitable for Group A,promote the Group's strategic management,and provide development roads for other training institutions in the industry.Through the field interview method,this article conducts on-the-spot interviews with the individuals and groups of A Education Group employees to understand the organizational structure framework of A Education Group,the development status and development history of A Education Group,collect relevant data within the group,andorganize and analyze the data.Conclusion: Using the questionnaire survey method,the A education group employees and some customers as the survey object,through the questionnaire survey to understand the current development status of A Education Group,the status of human resources,product types and service levels and their market influence,thus objective and detailed Analyze the internal and external environment faced by A Education Group in formulating its corporate strategy;use inductive method and deductive method to abstract the relevant theories and practices at home and abroad,and use PEST model and SWOT model and Porter's five-force model to analyze and summarize A Education Group faces the environment.Through the analysis of the strategic environment of A Education Group,it is found that the external macro environment of the enterprise has a good trend,but the market competition is fierce,and the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise coexist,and both opportunities and threats are combined.Based on this,this paper proposes that A Education Group should adopt a growth strategy as the main strategy and a reverse strategy as the auxiliary development strategy.The overall development strategy and sub-development strategy of the enterprise together constitute the strategic system.The overall strategic objectives and the sub-strategic goals together constitute the strategic target system.According to the strategic management theory and the actual development of A Education Group,analyze the development strategy of A-education group and propose the safeguard measures for the smooth implementation of A-education group development strategy: strengthen the strategic system and mechanism,strengthen the brand influence of the enterprise,and continuously innovate Update the product and optimize the human resource allocation to ensure the implementation of the strategy.
