Construction And Application Of Evaluation Index System For Competitive Volleyball Events In Shandong Province

Volleyball is a dominant sport in China's competitive sport.Shandong competitive volleyball has achieved good results in the 13 th National Games.The development of competitive volleyball requires objective evaluation criteria as a support,it is necessary to use the scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of athletic volleyball to measure the athletic volleyball in Shandong Province.Based on objective criteria,this paper evaluates athletic volleyball events in Shandong Province,finds out the problems and deficiencies in the development of Athletic Volleyball Events,and guides the development of athletic volleyball events in Shandong Province in the future,so as to serve the cause of athletic volleyball,it has a certain practical significance.Through the research methods of literature,Delphi method,expert investigation and analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation index system of athletic volleyball in Shandong Province has been established.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)After two rounds of investigation by experts,the evaluation index system of athletic volleyball in Shandong Province has been established,the evaluation index system of athletic volleyball in Shandong Province is constructed,which consists of 4 first-class indexes(athletic competition,Athletic Training,team management and athlete selection),12 second-class indexes and 41 third-class indexes.(2)By using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),this paper calculates the index weight in the evaluation index system of athletic volleyball in Shandong Province,the order of importance of the weights in the first grade index is "a sports competition"(0.44)> "b sports training"(0.28)> "C team management"(0.17)> "d athlete selection"(0.11).(3)Based on the established evaluation index system of athletic volleyball events in Shandong Province,the main work contents of the 13 th National Games preparation period of the volleyball team of Shandong Province are analyzed,combing the main work of Shandong volleyball team in sports competition,sports training,team management and athlete selection.Sports competition is an important performance of competitive volleyball,sports training is the main content of competitive volleyball evaluation,team management provides the basic guarantee for competitive volleyball,athlete selection provides the talent support for competitive volleyball.
