| It is well known that the Executive Director of IOC has officially adopted the resolution of three pairs of three basketballs to join the Olympic Games,which means that three pairs of three basketballs will become one of the events of the future Olympic Games at the beginning of the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020.At a time when all kinds of good news about three-man basketball and its social status and social value are at an unprecedented height,Chinese athletes also won the championship of three-man basketball in the 18 th Asian Games,and the Chinese men's basketball team's award is closely related to the adoption of advanced three-man basketball training technology in China.Offensive and defensive tactics are the basic tactics in basketball,and defensive tactics play an important role in winning or losing basketball matches.Attaching importance to the development and innovation of defensive techniques and tactics is one of the important guarantees for the future development of China's three-person basketball court in a higher and farther direction.Therefore,this paper will select the Chinese team in the men's three-man basketball match of the 18 th Asian Games as the research object,mainly using the methods of literature,logical analysis,video observation and mathematical statistics to analyze the defensive techniques and tactics adopted by the Chinese team in the field,in order to provide theoretical basis for the teaching and training of the three-man basketball in the future.The results and conclusions are as follows;1.Under the guidance of the aggressive defense thought of "fast,accurate and smart",the Chinese men's basketball team has a solid three player basketball defense technology and flexible use of defense tactics.2.Advantages of Chinese men's basketball defensive technology: whether it is against Southeast Asian teams with fast moving speed,or Iran and South Korea teams with absolute height advantage,Chinese men's basketball team can show high skill,stability and proficiency in the use of snatching,breaking,playing and defensive rebounding technology;The shortcomings of Defense Technology: in the strong defense state,the error rate of the Chinese men's basketball team in shooting cover is the highest in the defense technology;in the strong side basketball attack against Iran and South Korea,the personal high defense of the Chinese men's basketball team does not have any advantage.3.The advantages of man to man defense tactics of Chinese men's basketball team: relying on the fast moving pace and active follow-up awareness,the Chinese men's basketball team can not only ensure that man to man defense causes defensive attack to the players holding the ball,but also comprehensively enhance the defensive integrity of the whole team;Shortcomings of man to man defense tactics: the influence of the acceptor energy consumption and the increasing intensity of confrontation,the implementation of manto man defense tactics of Chinese men's basketball team is too passive in the strong side attack of the enemy.4.The advantages of Chinese men's basketball team's "close the door" and defense interior line attack and Defense Tactics: with the help of "close the door" and defense interior line attack and coordination tactics,Chinese men's basketball team can effectively block the attack continuity of the enemy in the interior line;"Close the door" and defensive inner line attack with defensive tactics shortcomings: "close the door" when the Chinese men's basketball team can not timely and effectively on the basket offensive players with sudden points to catch up again.5.The advantages of Chinese men's basketball team's defense and screen cooperation: the timing of exchange cooperation and cross cooperation is accurate,and the return defense falls quickly and accurately after the change of defense;The shortcomings of defense and cover cooperation tactics: Chinese men's basketball team is not good at using squeeze cooperation and bypass cooperation,and squeeze is not strong enough. |
