The course of morality and rule of law in junior middle school is a comprehensive course.It is not only necessary to complete the teaching of subject knowledge,but also to pay attention to the cultivation of students' Ideological and moral quality and legal literacy.Under the background of rule of law,as a part of the course "morality and rule of law",the education of rule of law is of great importance and shoulders the responsibility of cultivating socialist citizens under the rule of law.As the main object of education,young people's psychological development is not stable,and they are easily affected by the external bad factors,and embark on the road of illegal crime.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out legal education for middle school students.In fact,the new textbook of morality and rule of law has been put into use for a short time.There are many problems in the content of the textbook,the construction of teaching staff,the legal identity of students and the environment of rule of law education,which greatly hinders the progress and effectiveness of the rule of law education in the middle school in China.At present,our country is in the critical period of winning the overall well-off society.The education of the rule of law should be the necessary link of the construction of the rule of law.The education of the rule of law must break through the predicament and find a way out.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the legal education of "morality and rule of law",and puts forward some countermeasures for the problems,so that it can not only promote the physical and mental development of young people,but also meet the needs of the rule of law country.The first part of this paper mainly set up the theory of the rule of law education in the course of "morality and rule of law".Firstly,it distinguishes the differences among "legal system","rule of law" and "morality and rule of law",and compares the changes of the new and old textbooks.Secondly,it finds the theoretical basis for the development of legal education in middle school.Finally,it analyzes the importanceof legal education,which is the need of carrying out the rule of law,building a harmonious society and cultivating law-abiding citizens.The second part summarizes the three-dimensional goal of rule of law education teaching from three aspects of legal cognition,legal ability and legal belief through studying curriculum standards and teaching materials,and analyzes the proportion of content of rule of law in each of the three grades,the eighth grade is the majority.The third part,guided by the results of the second part and analyzes the problems in the legal education in junior middle school,mainly including: the lack of legal knowledge of teachers,the low degree of legal identity of students,the lack of sociality in the content of legal textbooks,the weak team of legal teachers,and makes attribution reflection according to the problems raised.The fourth part puts forward some operable suggestions from four aspects:teachers,teaching materials,schools and the external environment: teachers are the key factors of the rule of law education,we should increase training,improve our legal literacy,change education ideas,update teaching methods;change unreasonable content in teaching materials in time,improve the structure of teaching materials;we should pay attention to the schools' main role,play the auxiliary role of the external environment,and form the joint force of school family society.The education of the rule of law is an important way to realize the rule of law country.The culture of the rule of law is an important part of the advanced socialist culture.The education of the rule of law promotes the development of the culture of the rule of law.Therefore,the education of the rule of law in the junior middle school stage should be based on the classroom teaching of morality and the rule of law,guided by the socialist core values,carry forward the spirit of the socialist rule of law,and improve the quality of the rule of law of the middle school students,cultivate more high-quality talents for the construction of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,and realize the dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as soon as possible.
