The enrollment scale of colleges and universities is expanding year by year,the workload of educators is increasing,and the requirements of teaching efficiency are improving.In this paper,an intelligent educational administration system is designed and implemented,and the software architecture of the educational administration system based on jBPM,the improvement of fuzzy clustering algorithm,the realization and application of the system are studied.The specific contents are summarized as follows:1,Research on the software architecture of educational administration system based on jBPM: this paper expounds the characteristics and related business processes of educational administration system,and analyzes the architecture of jBPM workflow engine and the software architecture based on SSH framework,the overall structure and related functions of the educational management system,as well as the educational management system cooperating with jBPM and SSH framework.The development of artificial intelligence and the application of intelligent method to educational administration system are introduced.We choose CBR system in the field of artificial intelligence to model.In CBR system,through normalization processing and fuzzy clustering calculation,the method of similarity measurement matches the original case with the maximum similarity with the target case,which brings convenience for teaching decision-making.2,Research and improvement of fuzzy clustering algorithm: usually the stop condition of fuzzy clustering algorithm iteration is realized by limiting the threshold of the increment of the generalized least square objective function,and the objective function is composed of clustering center and membership degree.We abandoned the iterative method of the objective function,and after in-depth theoretical research,based on the principle of partial derivatives,we adopt the iterative method of clustering center,which simplifies the calculation process and optimizes the space complexity.This has been verified in the five-dimensional data of the teaching process.3,Research on the implementation and application of intelligent educational administration system: on the jBPM4.4-based platform Java,the design and implementation of intelligent educational administration system based on jBPM is completed,and the intelligent algorithm based on FCM fuzzy mean clustering is realized.Taking the operating system course of Grade 17 students majoring in Information Management and Information System in a School of Computer Science as an example,this paper expounds the workflow of students' grade examination and approval and the implementation process of intelligent approach.Based on this,and the application of fuzzy clustering algorithm in teaching process is realized.
