Research On The Training Mode And Innovation Of Reserve Talents Of Competitive Sports In Shandong Sports School

In 2019,the general office of the State Council issued the outline for the construction of a sports power(GBF [2019] No.40),which proposed to enhance the comprehensive strength of competitive sports and enhance the ability to win glory for the country,it is necessary to build a scientific and reasonable training system,increase the support for scientific research,medical treatment,cultural education and other aspects of the training base,and build some existing bases into world-class "training,science,medicine,education and service" Integrated training base.With the development of competitive sports and the social demand for competitive sports talents,it is more and more necessary to cultivate all-round and sustainable development of competitive sports reserve talents.However,the high elimination rate of competitive sports talent selection and talent cultivation,learning and training problems have not been well solved,which makes the students' outlet become a problem.Based on the city level Sports School of Shandong Province,this paper analyzes the important factors that affect the overall sustainable development of reserve sports talents in Shandong Province,adheres to the concept of sustainable development,and puts forward feasible and scientific solutions,so as to provide certain basis and reference for promoting the innovation of training mode of sports reserve talents in Shandong provincial municipal sports schools.In this paper,using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods,some sports school students,coaches,cultural teachers,and management personnel of 14 Municipal Sports Schools in some cities of Shandong Province,such as Qingdao,Yantai,Jinan and Weihai,are taken as the research objects This paper analyzes the current situation of the training mode of the municipal sports schools in Shandong Province.In view of the problems existing in sports training,cultural course learning and logistics support in sports schools in recent years,this paper studies and discusses the countermeasures from the five dimensions of enrollment,training,management,guarantee and output of sports schools,and puts forward a more reasonable training mode to solve the contradiction between learning and training and promote the overall development of students.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)At present,the number of students in sports schools is sufficient,but the quality of students is poor,and there is a shortage of students in some sports events.Due to the lack of guarantee for students' study of cultural courses in sports schools and the narrowoutlet for athletes,the main resistance in the selection and introduction of students is parental resistance.(2)The gender,age and professional title structure of coaches and culture teachers need to be further improved,the level of scientific research needs to be improved,and the awareness of the importance of students' cultural learning needs to be strengthened.(3)In Shandong Province,the municipal sports schools are mainly in the form of "three concentration".In the school subordination relationship,most schools are subordinate to the sports administrative department,and only a few schools are under the joint management of sports and education.(4)The training venues and facilities of the municipal sports schools in Shandong Province can basically meet the needs,the scientific research facilities and medical services are poor,the source of funds is relatively single,the source of social funds is lack,and the incentive policy needs to be improved.(5)Athletes into the high-level sports team of the elite accounted for a small number,the general goal is to pass the entrance examination into colleges and universities,coaches reflect that some sports recruit a small number of colleges and universities,students' way out is not optimistic.(6)The training mode of "integration of sports and education" has been preliminarily established,including guiding ideology,training objectives,basic principles and main tasks.The basic mode of "sports and education integration" includes: the combination of learning performance,daily performance and competition;the integration of training,competition and cultural guidance;and the "five in one" sports and education integration mode of leaders,coaches,teachers,students and parents.
