| According to the culture dynamic of globalization,the using resource of survival and the competition in society,all countries must have for developing the countries in order to face the changing on countries.Thailand had an unexpected or casual changing government in less than 10 years ago.Thai people encounter with the higher poverty and social inequality.Even if they have the government budget for supporting the people to develop life in each area,but this budget did not be enough for the need of the population.Therefore,the population wants to solve this problem for using the education as a variable to the development of human life.Education is one of tool for developing the human life.Thai people support their children to be have education in order to survive in society and improve their ability.However,the government budget is for supporting children to have education in Thailand,the government budget is still not covered for their education.In recently year,Thai government is decrease the budget of government for education and medical.In addition,Thai government is increase taxation.In addition,households are still pay money for their education of the students.The expenditure of household is higher in every year since the higher competition and the poverty in Thailand.Moreover,Thailand encounter the educational inequality,if households have high income,they might have invest for education to be high.In contrary,if households have low income,they might have invest for education to be low.These reasons is caused that made higher problem for education and did not develop the education.Thai children might start for leaving school in order to reduce household education expenditure and go to work.Each households have higher education expenditure base on various factors for effecting on education.However,household education expenditure in Thailand is higher,but the student academic achievement is not higher.The result is caused for doing this study that is to see the effecting of household education expenditure on ONET score.Household education expenditure can or not affect to the student academic achievement on O-NET score.The objectives of the research are included to examine what kind of household education expenditure.The second is to study the influencing factor of household education expenditure and to explore the relationships between the household education expenditure and the student academic achievement by using O-net score.This study were collected by the documents,journals,books involving with dissertation and observation.They are used to be a guideline for improving and creating the questionnaire survey.The questionnaire survey collected results after that it was analyzed in an effective and accurate way in sequence.The questionnaire is created by using the Likert scale.The Likert scale is a five or seven point scale which is used to allow the respondents express the individual opinion for how much they agree or disagree with a specific statement.In addition,data collection is included type of research,rese arch model,hypothesis,and sample group.Analyzing part is consisting of descriptive analysis,T-Test and CHISquares.The research scope is limited to study the factor which is influence for household education expenditure of respondents who are the students in grade12,they will also graduate in 2020.Moreover,they also study in Bangkok,Thailand.The survey question are written in Thai and English language to make a clear understanding in each question for Thai respondents.For this study,let study the influencing factors of household education expenditure effect on the student academic achievement.This study is what is factor that effect to household education expenditure,which is expenditure that household paid for the student per year and study the effecting of household education expenditure on the student academic achievement(O-NET score).The study is surveyed by using random sampling method.The respondents are the students in grade12 who are graduated in 2020 by using questionnaire.From these results,it was found that the respondents indicated that the household size,the characteristics of household head,household income,type of school and school location which are Influence for household education expenditure.In addition,the household education expenditure include tuition fees,textbook fees,private tutoring fees,transportation fees and other fees.However,household education expenditure did not effect to the student academic achievement(O-NET scores)in English,Mathematics and Science.According to this study,these results is part of sample group in Thailand,it did not cover the whole country.I hope this study is used for guideline other study in the future. |
