Most people's daily walking operations use backpacks as a carrying system. When people use the piggyback system for gait training, often the current piggyback system is not significant enough to reduce the burden of fatigue and the piggyback pressure cannot be reasonably buffered, which affects the gait characteristics of people walking, causing bad habits and even occupational diseases.Gait training is needed to prevent occupational diseases that may occur. The development of virtual reality in recent years has provided new ideas for traditional ergonomic experiments and some medical rehabilitation training. The main purpose of this study is to study the piggyback system under different collocations based on objective gait,EMG data and subjective fatigue evaluation,to obtain the piggyback system collocation that has the least impact on gait during normal walking and the lowest muscle fatigue Ways to optimize the daily carrying experience. In the experiment,we compare and evaluate whether the intervention of virtual reality technology will affect the subjective data of gait training. The research method used in this paper is to first test 10 experimental subjects in a conventional laboratory environment and a simulated environment wearing a virtual reality helmet, and complete the measurement of the anterior tibial muscle and the medial gastrocnemius muscle walking with weight under different ways of carrying the system The EMG signal data and plantar pressure data are subject to subjective evaluation tests of fatigue;secondly, the EMG data and plantar pressure data are processed and analyzed, and the behavior and fatigue are compared and evaluated.Through the experimental research in this paper,it is concluded that the combination of different carrying systems has a significant effect on the fatigue of the human leg muscles and the gait displayed by the plantar pressure(P <0.05).Both subjective and objective evaluation and analysis found that different center of gravity heights, oneshoulder or two-shoulder piggybacks had a greater impact on human fatigue and walking gait, while the softness and rigidity of the lumbar pad had less effect.Through the RPE subjective fatigue scale and PAD emotion scale filled out by the testee, the analysis shows that the intervention of virtual reality technology has little effect on the objective data of the testee's physiological signal, and has no significant effect(P <0.05);It has a greater impact on the subject's emotions and subjective fatigue feelings, with statistical significance(P> 0.05).Therefore,in the carrying operation,a more reasonable carrying center of gravity, full use of shoulders for carrying and a softer waist pad can relieve muscle fatigue and affect gait characteristics to a minimum. The intervention of virtual reality technology can greatly improve the subjective experience of gait training. The research in this paper can provide a theoretical basis for reducing muscle fatigue and disturbance of walking gait during human body gait training, and provides new ideas and methods for improving the reliability of subjective feedback in gait training.
