| The Chinese women's volleyball team has always occupied an important position on the world volleyball stage.From the five consecutive championships of the women's volleyball team in the 1980 s to winning the Olympic champion again in the Rio Olympics in 2016,the Chinese women's volleyball team has always been a vivid flag in the heart ofChinese people.The growth of the national team cannot be separated from talents cultivation.As a major event for the discovery and cultivation of talents,the Chinese Women's Volleyball Super League has made outstanding contributions to the development of the national volleyball cause,of which BAIC Women's Volleyball Team is one of its main members.Beiqi women's volleyball team won the league championship for the first time in the 2018-2019 season.Based on the data and video materials collected by the author while he was within the team,this paper takes the technical and tactical analysis of Beiqi women's volleyball team in the2018-2019 season as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature review,video observation,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and expert interview,to find out the main reasons for winning this season and to lay the foundation for maintaining excellent results in the future league matches.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)On the non-technical level,the average height,spike height and block height of Beiqi women's volleyball team are higher than those of its opponents.They are experienced but older.In the competition,their analytical ability is excellent,and they are steadily keeping their performances in the crucial games.From the perspective of lineup allocation,Beiqi women's volleyball team has fewer local players and more foreign and domestic aid.One of the main reasons for winning the championship this season is to recruit the national team members Ding Xia and Wang Mengjie for the second time.(2)In terms of technical characteristics,Beiqi Women's Volleyball Team's service scoring rate and break rate are higher than those of its opponents,and the one-pass rate is higher than that of its opponents.The smash success rate is higher than that of the opponent,the blocking effect is higher than that of the opponent,the blocking scoring ability is stronger,the overall defensive effect is better,but the defensive ability for small balls is poorer.(3)In terms of tactical characteristics,the strong attack tactics used in BAIC women's volleyball matches are mainly based on the 4th position,supplemented by the 2nd position attack.The success rate of the strong attack tactics is higher than that of the opponents.The strong attack tactics used in the matches are excellent.In the fast attack tactics,the attack mode is single,the front fast ball,short flat fast ball and back fly fast ball are relatively high,the running tactics are less fast attack,the score rate of fast attack tactics is higher than that of their opponents,and the application effect is better.The three-dimensional attack tactics in the back row are dominated by positions 1 and 6.The attack in the back row in position 5 is relatively low,and the attack success rate in the back row is higher than that of its opponent.(4)In the first attack tactical system,according to the proportion of Beiqi women's volleyball team in the competition goes from more to less,the position of the players in the first are 3,4,2,1,6 and 5.The same as the opponent,compared with the opponent,Beiqi women's volleyball team has fewer total attacks and higher success rate in the first attack tactical system,while Beiqi women's volleyball team has fewer three-dimensional attacks in the back row in the first attack tactical system.(5)In the re-attack tactical system,according to the proportion of Beiqi women's volleyball team in the competition goes from more to less,the position of the players in the re-attack are 3,4,2,1,6 and 5.Same as the opponent,compared with the opponent,Beiqi women's volleyball team has fewer total attacks and higher success rate.According to the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward for the future development of Beiqi women's volleyball team:(1)Cultivate local players,increase reserves of reserve talents,old players teach young players more competition experience,start more teaching competitions,and improve young players' on-the-spot adaptability.(2)Keep the service skill training,the service receiving feel for long-term service receiving skill training,further improve the service receiving arrival rate,the spike training,increase the spike success rate,the block skill training,improve the block hand type,strengthen the defense ability for small balls,and improve the series effect of small balls.(3)Regarding the strong attack tactics,increase the strong attack ratio of the 2nd position in the competition,maintain the success rate of the strong attack in the competition,regarding the fast attack tactics,increase the tactical running attack in the competition,maintain the success rate of the fast attack in the competition,regarding the rear three-dimensional attack tactics,increase the proportion of the rear attack of the 5th position,maintain the success rate of the rear attack in the competition.(4)In the one-attack tactical system,increase the proportion of back-row three-dimensional attack,increase the tactical running attack links in training,improve the success rate of one-attack and lay the foundation for winning the competition in the future.(5)In the re-attack tactical system,we should strengthen the team's defensive training,strengthen the defense in place rate,increase the proportion of tactical running attacks,enrich the attack forms,train a variety of defensive counterattack forms in the training,simulate the situations occurring in the competition,and improve the re-attack success rate so as to lay the foundation for future competition victories. |
