As one of the martial arts competitions,Nanquan is gradually losing its original style characteristics,which makes the characteristics of modern martial arts Nanquan gradually lose its highlights.In recent years,there is a common phenomenon in the development of Nanquan project,which is lack of strength performance,long or short,and lack of appreciation.In 2020,karate officially entered the Olympic Games.Compar ed with it,karate has formed a complete system.Karate comes from Nanquan.In recent years,the development trend and spread range of karate are very wide.Therefore,a ccording to the type of karate and Nanquan,this study carries out a comparative study of the force,and extracts the power generating skills and methods of karate type,in order to be able to apply to the field of Nanquan in the future,and provide some reference for the competition and training of Nanquan athletes.Research objects and methods: 20 subjects were selected from the martial arts routine school team,special class and karate type school team of Shanghai Institute of physical education.This study mainly through the experimental method and mathematical statistics for the study of scientific methods.In the experiment,vicon infrared high-speed three-dimensional motion capture system and Kistler three-dimensional force measuring platform are used as the experimental instruments.Vicon three-dimensional infrared motion capture system collects the mark points on the subjects during the action,and obtains the spatial coordinates(x,y,z)of the capture points(trackers)on the athletes to get the experimental data.The experimental data were collected in Excle2016 and SPSS22.0.The data obtained in the experiment is represented by the mean value of the standard deviation.This paper compares and analyzes the biomechanical differences of the three typical boxing movements in karate,including parallel vertical punching,forward bending vertical up grid blocking punching left,forward bending vertical up grid blocking punching right and South fist in situ punching,up grid blockin g lunge punching left,up grid blocking lunge punching right.The independent samplet-test is used to analyze the maximum displacement,speed,acceleration,ground reaction force and other biomechanical differences of the two boxing movements The sexual level was.Finally,through the t-test,the ground reaction force data,the velocity dat a of punching,as well as the acceleration and displacement data are calculated.Results: the independent sample t-test was conducted between Nanquan group and karate group.There is no significant difference in height and weight between the athletes of Nanquan group and karate type.The difference in age between Nanquan group and karate type is 1.2 years on average,so it can be seen that there is no significant difference in age between the two groups.The average training years were p = 0.024 in Nanquan group and karate group,and there was no significant difference in training years P = 0.64.There is no significant difference in technique between Nanquan athletes and karate athletes.(1)Through kinematic comparison of three typical movements of karate and Nanquan,the movement of karate parallel vertical punch,forward bending vertical block left and right punch has short displacement,but fast speed and powerful punch.(2)For the comparison of the three typical movements of karate and Nanquan,the ground reaction force of the three movements of karate is lower,but the force transfer efficiency is higher.(3)Application suggestions: Karate type typical moveme nt has fast and powerful force.According to its movement characteristics,we can further explore and find out the order or law of its force,and then apply it to other movements of Nanquan,which is helpful for the training of Nanquan's force and future inheritance and development.Suggestions:(1)it is suggested that the athletes of South boxing should strengthen the rotation speed of waist and crotch and the short punching speed of hand when they exercise.(2)It is suggested that when training the method of exerting force,the boxer should first experience the strength of karate type pulling back on the waist in an instant,then strengthen the practice after finding the feeling.In time,it can improve the short and clear strength of the boxer in exerting force.(3)It is suggested that when strengthening the training of waist,abdomen and back,the national south boxing athlet es should not only do abdominal and back muscles.It is suggested that according to the height and weight of the athletes,they can sit on the ground with a 5 kg or 10 kg bar bell piece,and another person helps to press their feet to practice the twisting speed of the left and right waist.(4)It is suggested that Nanquan athletes should not put the force so long when training,but summarize that although the ground reaction force of karate type is small,it can use the smaller ground force to quickly transform into the lar ger speed force.
