Football has the reputation of being the world's largest sport and one of the most influential sports.During the World Cup,high-level matches such as the UEFA Champions League often attract the attention of audiences around the world.It is conceivable that football has been integrated into people's daily life.Chinese football is lagging behind among the international community.In 2011,President Xi proposed the "three wishes" of football,that is,"qualifying for the World Cup,hosting the World Cup and winning the World Cup".The dream of building a leading sports nation has been inspiring countless football athletes.In 2009,the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of Education jointly issued a notice on the national youth football activities on campus,kicking off campus football activities.Shanghai is also actively conducting campus football activities.By 2019,there have been 356 football schools in Shanghai,with the number of campus football players rapidly expanding.During the process of carrying out campus football activities,it is necessary to give full play to the influence of coaches,improve the enthusiasm of coaches,and encourage coaches to actively participate in training,and thus to comprehensively promote the development of Shanghai campus football activities and cultivate more football talents.The basic guarantee for improving the motivation of coaches lies in a reasonable and effective incentive mechanism.By satisfying the needs of the coaches,enthusiasm can be improved,which has a decisive effect on the healthy development of Shanghai campus football activities.Firstly,by using methods of literature research for relevant incentive mechanism theory,the author clarifies the concept of the incentive mechanism,digs in depth the Potter-Lawler comprehensive incentive model and comprehensively analyzes its main components,laying a theoretical foundation for the design of questionnaires for coaches in Shanghai characteristic football schools and for the construction of incentive mechanism model.Secondly,this paper uses spss25 to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire;after verifying the credibility of the factor analysis method through KMO and Bartlett's Test of Sphericity,two main impact factors are extracted by using principal component analysis(PCA),basing on which,then,the influential relationship of Potter-Lawler comprehensive incentive model is analyzed from the perspective of satisfaction factor and efficiency factor.School organizational goals and coaches' personal goals are added before building the incentive model.In addition,this paper uses questionnaire analysis to investigate the situation of coaches being motivated in 229 Shanghai characteristic football schools and obtain relevant research data.Through questionnaire analysis,this paper obtains the satisfaction score of incentive mechanism and of coaches on various influencing factors;due to the different characteristics of people,this paper carries out gap analysis of the incentive status of coaches with different academic degrees and titles.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the existing problems of coaches' incentive mechanism from the analysis results.What's more,according to actual situation of these coaches,examination and correction of the model are carried out.First,the influencing factors in the model areextracted,and the correlation of the influencing factors is analyzed.Structural equation model is used to test the incentive mechanism,and Bootstrap is used to extract 5000 words to prove the mediating effect of reward and the moderating effect of the sense of fairness,so as to propose improvement and optimization.Then,basing on the research results above,expert interviews and actual situation of the coaches,the author puts forward three optimizing principles of establishing a characteristic campus football coach incentive mechanism.They are: principle of justice and equity;principle of dynamic and multi-dimension;principle of spiritual and physical incentives.Last but not least,according to the analysis results of the model,the framework of the incentive mechanism is refined,and four methods are concluded: target mechanism,reward mechanism,support mechanism and evaluation mechanism.Combining with the main characteristics of campus football coaches,this paper draws the following conclusions:1.Formulate a reasonable salary distribution mechanism: re-determine the determinants of coaches' income and enrich the income structure.2.Improve coaches' appointment system and establish a reasonable assessment and evaluation system.3.Pay attention to the protection and establishment of the external working environment of coaches: continuous in-depth study of the combined mode of sports and education,improvement of the tournament system and standardized management of athletes,the establishment of smart stadiums and training equipment.4.Attach importance to coaching career: strengthen the coach training system and establish specialized institutions such as high-level coach workstations to help improve coaches' professional skills.5.Establish campus football coach database,increase communication channels among coaches and schools.
