In recent years,vibration training have been widely used in various kinds of sports,strength training theory and method of research has been the focus of the training experts and coaches from all over the world,is also a difficulty and a focus of sports training,the rapid development of the modern athletic sports encourage continuous exploration and innovation in this field,vibration training has gradually become a more recognized international increase muscle strength and improve the performance of the new method.The traditional resistance strength training is mainly through the instrument's acceleration of gravity to produce acute muscle stimulation,muscle after the stimulation of shape and force change accordingly.The working principle of vibration training is basically the same as the traditional strength training method,which is also to improve the explosive force and endurance of muscles after the acceleration of muscles.Research purposes: this study,through the test under different lower limb strength training athletes to squat jump(CMJ)height,standing jump far degrees and related indexes of 30 metres sprints results,analysis of unilateral leg and bilateral leg vibration training and no vibration stimulation training on the influence of the lower limbs explosive power,trying to look for can improve the training method of lower limbs explosive power,lower limbs explosive force training for sports training students provide certain theoretical basis.Methods: 36 students majoring in sports training from the school of physical education and training of Shanghai university of physical education were recruited and randomly divided into three groups: experiment group A(unilateral leg load resistance vibration training)experiment group B(bilateral leg load resistance vibration training)and control group(non-vibration leg load resistance training).Before the experiment,three groups of subjects were tested for lower limb explosive force,test indicator CMJ,standing long jump and 30-meter run.After the data were obtained,there was no significant difference among the data in one-way anova.In this study,A total of 8 weeks of experimental intervention training were conducted.Group A and group B underwent resistance training on Powerplate vibration table produced in the United States,while the control group did not perform resistance strength training on the vibration table.The purpose of this experiment is not only to understand the comparison between the effect of vibration training and non-vibration training,but also to further explore the difference between the effect of unilateral load resistance vibration training and bilateral load resistance vibration training.Research results:(1)4 weeks of short-term single-leg weight-bearing vibration training and double-leg weight-bearing vibration training can significantly improve the explosive force quality of lower limbs,with significant squat jump performance(P <0.05),and insignificant standing long jump and 30-meter run performance(P>0.05).Traditional load resistance strength training was not significant(P>0.05).(2)8 weeks of long-term vibration training with one leg load and vibration training with two legs load resistance could significantly improve the explosive force quality of lower limbs(P<0.01),and the effect of vibration training with one leg load was not significantly different from that of vibration training with two legs load(P>0.05).(3)8 weekly traditional lower limb strength training can significantly improve the performance of the squat jump(P< 0.01),the standing long jump and the 30-meter run(P<0.05).However,compared with the vibration group,the effect was not as good as that of the vibration group,indicating that the effect of resistance vibration training on lower limb explosive force was higher than that of traditional resistance strength training.(4)The effect of weight-bearing vibration training for 8 weeks was better than that for 4 weeks,which showed a significant difference in the performance of the squat jump(P<0.05),while no significant difference in the performance of the standing long jump and the 30-meter run(P>0.05),but a significant difference in the performance of the three test indicators for 8 weeks(P<0.01).
