With the development of the sports industry,the fitness and personal education industry is becoming more and more popular.At present,many sports colleges and universities also see the development trend of the fitness market,and are planning to train more professionals in sports fitness to meet the needs of the market.In addition,sports colleges have many high-quality resources that are conducive to the training of personal fitness coaches(referred to as fitness personal training),such as venue facilities,teachers,courses,etc.,but there are deficiencies in the actual training process,and the reality of fitness personal training professional There is still a gap in demand.This article takes the current status of fitness personal training in physical education colleges as the research object,and through research methods such as literature review,questionnaire surveys,consulting experts,field trips,etc.,it proposes suggestions for courses,teachers,and field equipment to improve fitness for physical education colleges.The construction of personal education resources provides reference for the cultivation of high-quality fitness personal education personnel.The conclusions are as follows:1.The four majors of the three sports colleges are highly enthusiastic about their overall exercise.Students who are willing to engage in fitness and personal education account for a certain proportion.Most students have participated in fitness and personal education-related training,mainly in coaching certification.Having had part-time fitness personal education experience,in the professional quality of fitness personal education,students with or without part-time fitness personal education experience have significant differences in their ability to explain and demonstrate their ability to demonstrate,innovate,and sell.2.The four majors of the three colleges are roughly the same as the personal fitness training courses in the setting of basic courses.There are fewer types of technical training courses in fitness personal training.The main courses are fitness and bodybuilding courses,and the number of class hours is common.Less,can not fully meet the students 'practical needs;none of the three physical education colleges offer online courses on fitness and personal education;students' satisfaction with the curriculum resources of the college is generally,mainly related to the course hours,types,content,and credits As well as assessment methods.3.In terms of the allocation of fitness personal education courses,the number of full-time teachers is small,the gender ratio is severely unbalanced,and there is a lack of female teachers.Although there are differences in the age structure of teachers,each has its own teachingadvantages.High;the number of associate professors and teaching assistants is the highest in terms of teacher titles;most of them have professional fitness instructor certification in terms of professional fitness certification for teachers;students are more satisfied with the overall teaching staff of the institution,mainly related to teaching methods,forms,means,levels,and The atmosphere is related.4.In terms of the allocation of venue and equipment resources,the number of fitness venues that meet the requirements of fitness personal education is small;the gym of Shanghai Sports Institute is not open to the public and is only used by teachers and students.The gymnasium of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education is open for a fee,and is open to both the campus and the campus.Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education lacks a gym that is suitable for the practice of fitness and personal education;students ' satisfaction with the venue equipment and facilities resources shows a polarized difference,which is different from the size of the venue space,the degree of air circulation,the use of equipment,the lighting environment,and the cleanliness of the ground related.5.Physical education colleges have great advantages in training personal fitness.The comprehensive faculty is strong and the scientific research level is high.The course content is systematic and the courses are rich in variety.The venue and equipment are guaranteed to meet the basic needs of students.Students generally have a high athletic foundation and strong athletic ability.Advanced teaching management and rich educational resources.Colleges and universities attach great importance to curriculum system reform and talent training.Aiming at the current situation of fitness and personal education in physical education colleges,we propose corresponding countermeasures:promote related curriculum reforms,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,improve the construction of venue equipment and facilities,improve teaching support,and establish a "school-enterprise cooperation" model.
