The faculty of colleges and universities is the core force for building a strong country in higher education,shouldering the dual responsibility of cultivating talents and shaping values.The professional psychological state of college teachers has an important influence on the development of higher education.Studying the problem of college teachers' job burnout can help society,schools,and individual teachers to recognize the potential harm of burnout.It can play a positive role in implementing the policy of strengthening the country through education,improving education efficiency,and improving the quality of teachers.The thesis uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and causal analysis method to explore the mechanism and adjustment countermeasures of college teachers' job burnout with the teachers of Hebei Institute of International Business and Economics.This study found that college teachers' job burnout is not an accidental social phenomenon.The search-related research is comparatively analyzed,and teachers' job burnout is among the best.The problem of job burnout of teachers in Hebei Institute of International Business and Economics is remarkable,the sense of low achievement is particularly obvious,the phenomenon of emotional exhaustion is more serious,and the phenomenon of individualization is more common.Among the teachers in the school,the incidence and degree of burnout have obvious gender differences,age differences,academic differences,professional differences and marital status differences.Moreover,the influencing factors of teachers' job burnout are very complicated.The teacher's own level,environmental role level,policy and organization management are the main causes of teacher burnout.In order to effectively promote the professional mental health of college teachers,it is necessary to take active and effective countermeasures to adjust teachers' burnout.The whole society should pay attention to this phenomenon,effectively improve the social status of teachers,rationally increase the income of teachers,create a humanistic environment for the professional development of teachers,objectively evaluate the performance of teachers;maintain a reasonable bottom line for the expectations of college teachers,and the online media should correctly guide the public.Public opinion,to create a social atmosphere of respecting teachers and teachers,schools,society,parents,students must fully trust teachers,to provide teachers with opportunities and conditions to continuously improve and improve themselves.
