Fitness is people in daily life the body or the system's ability to respond to emergency,including a wider range of,such as speed,endurance,flexibility,balance,reaction,coordination,agility,etc.,have a higher level of fitness can better master the skill movements of all kinds of sports,the research on the basis of the specific kindergarten curriculum development,integrated the theory of human body development,theory and the development of sensitive period,the zone of proximal development developed suited to improve their fitness level of football training teaching method,in order to enhance children's physical qualities as the main starting point,to promote all-round development of body and mind.Carrying out children's football is the most basic stage in promoting the development of campus football in China.Grasping children in this special age group will make the promotion of physical education more hierarchical and comprehensive.Through football,we can not only improve the overall physical quality of our students,but also cultivate sports talents in the superior football environment.However,as the physical teaching system for young children in China's physical education has not been established for a long time,and preschool education in our country has not been included in the compulsory education system,the shortcomings of early childhood education have been formed,so the foundation of infant sports is very weak.How to guide the development of children's football in a scientific and standardized way,and meet the growing diversity and scientific needs of children's sports and healthy development is an urgent problem.The research on the enlightenment education of children's football in academic circles is still relatively scarce,and the teaching design of developing children's football has not formed a scientific and reasonable standard.In the aspect of physical fitness of children,there is a lack of detailed and in-depth research,most of which only stay in the aspect of physical fitness training courses,and few of which combine with special sports to study the changes of physical fitness level of participants and reflect the impact of this sport on physical fitness level.In view of this,based on previous studies,this study carried out the research on the combination of physical fitness development and football,with the aim of exploring the impact of football on the fitness level of young children.Thisstudy first made a basic investigation on the situation of outdoor sports in kindergartens before the experiment to grasp the relevant dynamic information of children's football.This study used experimental methods to perform football interventions on young children and the purpose of this study is to find out the impact of football on the physical fitness of children aged 5-6 years old,so as to contribute to the study of football for children in the future and further promote the development of campus football in China.Through research and demonstration,it is concluded that football can have a positive impact on the fitness level of children aged 5-6,which is conducive to improving children's basic physical fitness and promoting their healthy development,laying a good foundation for children's daily life and physical exercise.This study mainly used the experimental method.Sixty infants of kindergarten affiliated to Huihua College of Hebei Normal University in Shijiazhuang City were selected as experimental subjects,including 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.In the experimental group,15 boys and 15 girls were given a three-month football education for a total of 24 times,each with 30 minutes.First of all,before the experiment,the children of the experimental group and the control group were subjected to pre-tests of body shape(height,weight)and fitness index(balance,sensitivity,coordination,flexibility,speed,strength).The teaching experiment was carried out after the test that there was no significant difference between the two groups.In the control group,normal extracurricular activities were carried out in kindergarten.After three months of teaching,index post-test was carried out.Finally,SPSS statistical software data analysis was used to draw the following conclusions:1.The average height of the male children in the experimental group increased from116.87 cm to 118.07 cm.The T test in the group found that P = 0.108,the difference was not significant(P> 0.05),which can be regarded as the natural growth phenomenon of young children.The average weight decreased from 22.17 kg to 20.9kg.P = 0.01 was obtained before and after the experiment,and the difference was significant(P <0.05).In terms of physical fitness indicators,coordination is P = 0.01,the average performance of continuous jumping with two feet increased from 5.23 s to 4.64s;the balance quality P = 0.008,the average performance of balance beam walking increased from 5.94 s to 4.69s;the speed quality P= 0.018.In 30 meters,the average score improved from 8.51 s to 7.13 s.In terms of strength,the upper limb strength P = 0.014,and the average score of tennis throwing increased from7.25 m to 8.23 m.the lower limb strength is P = 0.025,and the standing long jump score was111.8 cm increased from 111.8 cm to 117.73 cm;flexible quality P = 0.039,seated forward flexion performance increased by 1.9 cm;sensitive quality P = 0.015,the average performance before and after repeated side-step experiments significantly improved.It can be seen from the above that the difference before and after the experimental index is significant(P <0.05).In the control group,in addition to the decrease in speed and flexibility,the other items had a small increase,and the difference was not significant(P> 0.05),which was not statistically significant.2.There was no significant difference in the height and weight of the female infants in the experimental group before and after the experiment(P = 0.588,P= 0.271);in terms of physical fitness: the coordination was P = 0.004,and the mean value of continuous jumping of both feet increased to 5.71s;balance quality P = 0.013,the balance performance improved from 5.35 s to 4.51s;the speed quality P = 0.078,and the 30-meter running performance increased from 9.93 s to 9.16s;the strength quality of the upper and lower limbs strength P =0.032,P = 0.008,tennis throwing and standing long jump increased by 0.91 m and 10.33 cm respectively;the flexibility quality P = 0.001,the forward flexion performance of the sitting position increased from 14.42 cm to 17.25cm;the sensitivity quality P = 0.023,the average performance of repeated side steps increased 6.23 times to 7.1 times.In addition to the small increase in body weight,the control group had different degrees of improvement in coordination,balance,speed,flexibility,sensitivity,and strength,but the difference before and after the experiment was not significant(P> 0.05)and was not statistically significant.
