"Integration Of Wushu And Medicine" Practice Of School-running Characteristics And Strategy Research

In the context of the new era,the state has continuously strengthened the concept of health at the policy level,and people's attention to health has become higher and higher,making it an important factor in people's growing needs for a better life.However,our society face a series of health problems such as frequent chronic diseases,deeper aging,insufficient exercise,etc.People have not really established the enlarged health conception at the micro level,and have not achieved the integration of "body" and "mind".What's more,healthy development of society face the shortage of professional talents.Chengdu Sport University,Shanghai University of Sport,Wuhan Sports University have been carrying out the integration of Wushu and Medicine and forming a unique path and experience.Especially under the new crown pneumonia epidemic,they have launched series of videos such as monkey boxing aerobics,dance teaching,and health-preserving boxing so on.These videos provide scientific fitness guidance for the "home" fighters,and play an important role in fighting the epidemic,which greatly reflects the advantages of the integration of Wushu and Medicine,but there are still many problems in the integration process.Therefore,under the background of national fitness and healthy China,how to promote the integration of Wushu and Medicine and cultivate composite talents that serve both the martial arts and the medical profession in physical education institutes has become an important issue of the promotion of health China.In this study,the literature related to "Sports-Medical Fusion" and "Physical-Medical Integration" and "Wushu-Medicine Integration ",was sorted out and analyzed.The historical source and practical experience of Physical-Medical Integration provide theoretical support for the research in this paper.Through the survey and research on experts and leaders of the three sports colleges by the way of expert interviews and on-site inspections,,and learned about the typical paths and experiences of the three institutes of physical education to promote the integration of Wushu and Medicine,as well as the main problems in the existing process to know integration process of Wushu and Medicine in Wuhan Sports University of Physical Education.Through research,it is concluded that the integration of Wushu and Medicine is a form of integration of sports and medicine with Chinese characteristics.It has rich theoretical foundation and practical experience.With the development of the times,the integration of martial arts and medicine has shouldered new historical missions and responsibilities.It is proposed that the physical education college should promote the integration of Wushu and Medicine,and cultivate the combined talents who serve the health of the people based on cultural self-confidence.It was found that there were industry barriers in the process of Wushu and Medicine integration in the three physical colleges,which directly affected the process of promoting integration in the three physical colleges,insufficient promotion of military-medical integration,the lack of double-qualified teachers resources.And the quality and kinds of personnel training cannot completely meet social needs and other issues.Established the school running path to promote the integration of Wushu and Medicine sciences in the Institute of Physical Education: strengthen the top-level design and fully implement the " the enlarged health conception";increase the integrated use of martial arts resources and traditional Chinese medicine resources;make full use of Internet technology to create online learning platforms;Construction of talent team for the integration of martial arts and medicine.
