As a branch of Chinese Wushu,Sanda not only inherits the broad and profound cultural charm of national traditional Wushu but also embodies the antagonism, nationality, and physical characteristics of modern fighting events. Therefore,it is an important part of Chinese traditional sports. The main techniques are “kick far, beat near, wrestle body contact” and cooperation in Sanda. To gain the advantage and even win the competition in the frequent fighting and changed skills,it is necessary to own the ability to estimate the opponent's movements quickly and accurately. In cognitive psychology, this process of accurately estimating the next action through clue information is called perceptual prediction. It is discovered that athletes can get their ability to perceptual anticipation improved by training their perceptual motor purposefully and designedly from the perspective of visual search.Based on previous studies, the effects of perceptual motor skills training on the prediction accuracy, reaction time, and related eye movement indexes of Sanda practitioners with different levels and different training groups is discerned and analyzed in this paper.Having studied the relationship between perceptual motor skills training and perceptual prediction ability, the actual effect of this training on perceptual prediction ability of Sanda practitioners at different levels and training groups is also discussed. This study was taken the integration of perceptual information characteristics as the theoretical basis, perceptual motor skills training as the means, and the expert-novice as an example.Among them,18 experts and 18 novices were divided into control group, experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 respectively. The experimental group 1 adopted the video simulation training method while the experimental group 2 adopted the method of video simulation training plus on-site guidance and analysis of Sanda experts, and the control group watched the original video to analyze the behavior index and eye movement index in the perceptual prediction of the athletes. As a result,it was concluded that the perceptual motor skills training was influenced by information processing efficiency of Sanda practitioners of different levels and different training groups, that is,perceptual prediction ability. From the analysis and experimental results, there are some conclusions: 1.Through the perceptual anticipation training,Sanda practitioners can establish optimal information processing strategies temporarily, and improve Sanda practitioners' prediction efficiency, speed and prediction ability.2.The perceptual motor skills training with the combination of video simulation training and expert on-site guidance can not only optimize the visual search strategy but also recognize and strengthen the use of clue information. The efficiency of improving the perceptual prediction ability of the subjects is superior to using the video simulation training method alone.3.After the training of perceptual motor skills, the novice experimental group is constantly optimized in the choice of the visual search strategy and clue information, and the growth rate of perceptual prediction ability is larger than that of the experimental expert group.
