Research On The Cultivation Of Referee Ability Of Students Majoring In Physical Education In Capital Institute Of Physical Education Under The Concept Of Talent Cultivation

Colleges and universities of physical education shoulder the responsibility of cultivating application-oriented sports talents for the country.Application-oriented talents are the needs of the development of sports undertakings,the needs of the ever-growing competition market,and the objective requirements of the state and society on the training of specialized sports talents in colleges and universities.The cultivation of students' judging ability is one of the important links in the professional practice ability training of physical education in capital institute of physical education.How to make students better master the referee theory,referee knowledge and excellent referee practice ability is the starting point and destination of this paper.Under the guidance of talent cultivation theory,this paper analyzes the training program,teaching outline and training process of physical education specialty in capital institute of physical education from multiple directions and angles,and probes into the relevant factors affecting students' judging ability.On the basis of the above analysis and discussion,the author tries to give some countermeasures and Suggestions on the cultivation of students' judging ability.Through the above analysis,the research conclusion of this paper is drawn:1.Sports colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility of cultivating applicationoriented sports talents for the country,and application-oriented sports talents objectively set high requirements on practical ability.The ability of referee is one of the most important performances of students' practical ability in sports colleges.The physical education major of capital institute of physical education has realized the cultivation of students' practical ability of judging and achieved good results from the professional training objectives,the arrangement of outline contents and the implementation of teachers' classroom teaching.2.Studies have shown that,in the implementation of training students' ability to judge,each technical course teachers adopted for the referee,in technical teaching of theory and practice of class with a variety of means such as the referee teaching,teaching the game way effective referee ability training for students,guide students to take part in different types of competition practice at the same time,make the student in the event of organization and management,cutting face got all aspects of the actual exercise,fully improve the referee ability in practice.3.There are many factors affecting students' practical ability of judging.The analysis shows that the factors affecting students' practical ability of judging are mainly shown in the first place.Second,due to the limited course hours,few special class hours are arranged for judging.Thirdly,the planned and ordered connection of students' judging practice is not smooth enough.Fourthly,there are relatively few referee associations or clubs in each project,and students lack a platform for referee practice.4.The cultivation of students' judging ability requires the combination of in-class and out-of-class,in-school and off-campus;Relevant management departments of the school build a platform for students to connect with social organizations,so that teachers can exert their influence in the society and encourage students to exert their subjective initiative.The organic combination of three aspects is the way and method to realize the comprehensive improvement of students' judging ability.
