Objective: Sports injury is one of the important factors affecting the performance of all sports events. The problem of athletes' injury is worrying. Therefore, effective prevention of potential sports injury is very necessary.Functional action screening is a risk based on the basic body movement of the model to predict the movement of the screening system, because of easy to operate, screening effect is remarkable,is widely used in various fields, therefore, this research tried to use the FMS test to test children table tennis players,to understand children table tennis athletes body function; To explore whether there are differences in FMS scores among athletes from different training bases, including gender, age,BMI,training years, competitive ability, injury history and training base. The threshold value of injury risk of children and youth table tennis players was calculated, and whether the threshold value of judging injury risk of different groups and items met the gold standard of foreign research of?14? points was tested.Based on the test scores,a set of corrective training contents is designed to improve the physical stability and flexibility of children and youth table tennis players, prevent potential injury risks and ensure scientific training. Methods: Using the methods of literature review, expert interview, experiment, mathematical statistics, logical analysis,etc.101 children and youth table tennis players in Shanghai were selected as subjects for functional motion screening test. Results :(1)FMS scores of children and youth table tennis players ranged from 8 to 19 points, with an average score of 13.22 points. In the overall movement mode, the average score of squat was 1.84 points, and the average score of push-ups with torso stability was 1.73 points. In the symmetry movement mode, the average score was low,and 75.2% of the athletes showed left and right asymmetry.Eight athletes showed positive characteristics in the exclusion test.(2)The fixed number of year of the different level of competitive ability and training, the children table tennis players of different BMI between FMS test score does not exist significant difference(p > 0.05),different ages, ever injury history, children table tennis players of different training base between FMS test exists significant difference(p < 0.05).(3)FMS score was 13.5 points, with sensitivity of 0.633,1-specificity of 0.327,and specificity of 0.673,with the highest Jordan index of 0.306.13 points were the injury risk threshold of children and youth table tennis players. In this study,a total of 52.5% of the players were below the threshold score.(4)After the intervention, there were significant differences between the total score, squat, hurdle step, shoulder flexibility, straight leg active lifting, trunk stability push-ups,and rotation stability scores and the pre-test scores(P < 0.05).The number of athletes below the threshold score decreased from 20 to 1,and the number of asymmetric athletes decreased from 15 to 5.Research conclusions:(1)The overall injury risk of children and youth table tennis players is high; The dorsiflexion closure chain of both ankles is weak and the flexion of knee and hip joint is serious.Poor core stability;Asymmetry is more serious, especially in the shoulder, where the risk of injury is highest.(2)Compared with the total FMS scores, there was no significant difference in the total FMS scores of children and youth table tennis players with different competitive abilities, training years and BMI.There were significant differences in FMS scores of athletes from different genders, age groups, injury histories and training bases. However, there were significant differences in FMS scores of athletes from different genders, ages, training years, training bases and injury histories from a single movement pattern.(3)According to ROC curve coordinate point calculation,Youden index is the highest when cut-off point score is 13,and the threshold of injury risk of children and youth table tennis players is 13.In this study, the number of people below the threshold was large and the risk of injury was high.In addition, the threshold of injury risk varies among different items and populations.(4)After 8 weeks of correction training, except for the straight lunge, the total score and the other six movement modes were significantly different from the pre-test scores. The score below the threshold, the number of left and right asymmetrical people and the number of projects were greatly reduced. With the improvement of movement quality and the improvement of body function,a set of programs suitable for the physical function training of children and youth table tennis players were developed.
