With the promotion of regional activities in kindergartens,the construction area activities have been paid more and more attention.In the construction activities,the teacher's guidance is an important factor to improve the children's construction level.In the construction activity,the teacher's guidance is very important if the value of the construction activity is to be maximized.This study focuses on the current situation of teachers' instruction in the construction area of kindergarten,the existing problems of teachers' instruction,the influencing factors and the feasible suggestions.The main research methods of this study are observation,interview and case analysis.The researcher mainly observed the children and teachers of four big classes in a kindergarten in Baoding city for four months,and coded the data of the cases observed and recorded them in detail.The research contents of this study mainly include the following parts:The first part,introduction.This part mainly explains the source of the research topic,the purpose and significance of the research,literature review,concept definition,research design,research innovation and key points.The second part is the analysis of the present situation of teachers' instruction in the construction area of kindergarten.The construction of this part is mainly to the kindergarten of large length,the length under the guidance of teachers and carry on objective statistical evaluation under the guidance of teachers,on the way under the guidance of teachers,teachers' guidance intervention time,content under the guidance of teachers,teachers' guiding role,attitude under the guidance of teachers,teachers' guidance effect of this a few aspects to classify analysis,frequency analysis and correlation analysis,and the results.The third part is about the problems and influencing factors of teachers' guidance in the construction area of kindergarten.At present,the main problems of teacher guidance are as follows: in the way of guidance,teachers' speech interferes children's activities too much and teachers replace children's operation;The timing of teacher intervention is not accurate and the frequency of teacher intervention is differentiated.In terms of the guidance content,theteacher is not deep enough to the children's guidance;In the role of guidance,the teacher mostly appears as the instructor,and the role is more authoritative.In terms of guidance and evaluation,there is no link of guidance and evaluation,the evaluation subject is single,and the content of evaluation emphasizes the result rather than the process.The influencing factors of teacher guidance mainly come from teachers' own level and kindergarten level.The fourth part is the suggestion to promote the teacher to guide the children's construction area.In this part,some Suggestions are put forward to solve the problems of teachers' guidance in the construction area of kindergarten.It mainly includes: establishing scientific educational concept;To strengthen the study of professional cultural theory;Accumulate practical experience;Enrich the construction of knowledge,improve the guidance skills;Master the method of scientific observation,timely intervention and guidance;Flexible changes in teacher roles;Attach importance to the evaluation link and optimize the evaluation structure;To reduce the teacher-child ratio of regional activity;Reasonable allocation of time and teacher work;The kindergarten provides teachers with a wide range of learning.
