Research On The Construction Of Long-term Mechanism Of College Students' Voluntary Service In China

Voluntary service is a non-profit practice that volunteers carry out under the guidance of the spirit of volunteerism to serve others and the society for the purpose of not making profits.On the basis of general voluntary service,college students volunteer service is a public welfare behavior that aims to promote the harmonious and healthy development of themselves,others and the society by taking college students as the main body and giving full play to their special skills in their leisure time.With the in-depth development of China's reform and opening up and the establishment of the socialist market economy system with Chinese characteristics,college students' volunteer service has been continuously developed and improved,especially in the1990 s,the number and scale of volunteer service have reached a new level.As the main force of Chinese youth volunteer cause,the position and function of college students are self-evident.They win the praise of the world with the excellent quality of self-confidence,vigor,enthusiasm and firmness,and the service tenet of dedication,friendship,mutual assistance and progress.By carrying out volunteer service activities,they not only show the spirit of Chinese college student volunteers,carry forward the new trend of The Times,but also create a new life of inner happiness,warmth of others and social harmony.Although China's college students' voluntary service has made some achievements in recent years,there are still a series of problems,such as weak service awareness,imperfect management mechanism of voluntary organizations,low social participation and support,shortage of service funds,and imperfect legal mechanism.Therefore,in the complex new era background,how to effectively solve the problems in the process of college students' volunteer service activities in our country and promote the sustainable development of college students' volunteer service activities has become urgent.Based on the theories of Chinese and western scholars on volunteerism,this paper takes the problems and causes of current college students' volunteer service activities in China as the starting point,and USES the methods of literature research,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey to explore the concrete methods or practical paths for the long-term development of college students' volunteer service in China.Specificallyspeaking,this paper is mainly divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,which discusses the reasons for the topic selection,research status at home and abroad,research significance,research key and difficult points and research methods.The second part is to define the relevant concepts of voluntary service,expounds the theoretical basis of voluntary service and the basic characteristics of the current university students' voluntary service;The third part discusses the basic principles,main contents and important significance of the long-term mechanism construction of college students' voluntary service.The fourth part is about the construction situation analysis,the mechanism of college students volunteer service in 9 universities in gansu province on the basis of the present situation of college students volunteer service survey data based on the principle of the universality of contradiction and particularity,through multiple perspectives,the deep research,analyzed the current our country university students volunteer service activities of the main problems and causes of the problem;The fifth part is to combine the questionnaire analysis and the actual situation of our country,from the four aspects of the recruitment and selection of voluntary service,training and education,evaluation and incentive,system guarantee to put forward the practical way to realize the long-term development of the voluntary service of college students in our country.
